The only bad things were the air conditioner (was a bit too weak even at 16°C, probably just needs a filter cleanup) and the shower water (kept changing between ice cold and hot enough to scald you randomly).

Only a suggestion - we would have purchased pool side snacks such as ice creams and toasties if they had been available.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and Emilios was an excellent host with brilliant cocktail making skills. The building and the pool were kept very clean. The sea view from our balcony was amazing and were able to sit and eat meals outside on the balcony which made it very special.

The bathroom was way too tiny. You couldn't have a shower without the curtain stick on you. If you do not use the curtain, you spread water all over the bathroom. So the shower was not a relaxing experience, it was more like an equilibrium experience. What I didn't see in the photos was the street underneath the balcony. It is a street which goes along the mountain, so a lot of scooters were driven there and the noise was terrible. Also there is an electricity pole in front of the room and there was a continuous buzz coming from there. So if you are looking for some relaxing time on the balcony, you might be disappointed.

The location is relatively close to Nidry center. It has nice view over the sea. The cleaning lady came every day and all the staff was amazing. it was also nice that they have a bar at the pool.

Lunchtime snack menu was limited . The location was beautiful with seaviews from our room balcony. A good walk to local supermarkets. I would suggest guests need to consider taxi or transport if self catering

The accommodation was everything we needed. The pool and sunbathing area was cleaned to a very high standard each day.Plenty of sunshade and a well stocked bar area. The staff were very helpful and always available to assist be it booking taxi,recommending local restaurants and food deliveries. The rooms were cleaned every day and all facilities in very good working order.Fresh linen & towels and a refurbished bathroom and inclusive WiFi and safe with AC a bonus. We would definitely consider a return visit .

Lord Jesus!!!!!! Our neighbors were awful!!! Of course this is also the hotel’s mistake - the doors of the rooms had a mechanism which was closing the doors with full force making them sound like bombs!!! The people next to us were not careful at all, because they could’ve held the door to prevent the sound, but they were not that smart to do that Soooo…..be prepared to be waken up from awful crashing sound during the night and throughout the day

The hotel and staff were amazing The view from the room - incredible with sunrise, sea view and everything The terrace was huge with place to sit, relax, also cloth hanger for your laundry/wet swimsuit etc The room was incredibly clean, the staff cleaned and made up the room every day, they even washed our dishes 2 times in the mornings when we were in a hurry to visit the beaches The pool is greaaaat, and big enough for a lot of guests The hotel is reaaaaally close to the city center and we never had to use our car to go for a walk in the city Just great

A traditional family ran hotel, a 10 minute walk to the main area of Nidri centre. A beach across the road but preferred to use a nicer beach a 10 minute walk away with beach facilities. The hotel rooms were in a traditional greek style an immaculately clean, as was the whole hotel. Stunning sea views from the balcony, generous size with a table + chair set. Great air conditioning too ! Pool was compact, great for children as the parents could view them easily from all angles. Pool lady was very polite and kept the area spotlessly clean. Owner and other staff were very friendly and polite.

There is nothing negative about these apartments.

These studios are large, clean and have everything you need. The maid comes in every day. The swimming pool is also kept spotless and there is a nice bar for refreshments. Emilios and his mum are great hosts and I would not hesitate to return. There are a few tavernas and a lovely beach all within 5 minutes walk. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.

My only (tiny) criticism was that there was nothing provided to make coffee in. Easily solved by the purchase of a cafetiere

Emilios, his family and his team have got this place so right. Quiet and understated but with every little detail you would ever need for a happy and comfortable stay. Everywhere is so clean and nothing is too much trouble. The studios are about 25 minutes walk from the centre of Nydri but closer to the best beaches so the location is far superior than others closer to the town. Great views of the sea too!

We had a fantastic time staying here. Emilios Eleni and all the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Loved watching the Sunrise from our balcony and the view is amazing. We had a large room which was spotlessly cleaned every day. A nice pool and great pool bar which does snacks and great cocktails. 20 min stroll into Nidri to all the bars and restaurants. Anna Maria's was our favourite.

The wi-fi is non-existing as soon as you go to the balcony. The value for money is good, but it would be even better if the wardrobes and apartment doors are refreshed.

Sometimes a few wasps around when you’re eating on your balcony, but that’s true just about everywhere.

Completely up to expectations, as described online. Located at the quieter end of Nidri, with the pretty beach a short walk. Room very clean and comfortable, with glorious sea view over the bay. Great soundproofing and mozzie-screens on the balcony doors, and good air-con. The pool was great, along with the poolside bar for drinks or snacks. A very warm welcome from Emilios, the owner, who was also extremely helpful when we needed information or advice. Parking easy.
