Nice localisation, close to the beach. The swimming pool is nice

Equipment for triple room: 1 chair for three. No table inside. No pan to Cook. Impossible to do scrambled eggs with the electric stoves .

We arrived at the hotel we were to get keys from and told that Sunny Beach was not open and we had to stay here at Naxos Holidays hotels. We had received no communication prior to this yet we had booked 6 months ago. We were shown a small room and another one which was meant to have kitchenette same as what we had booked. After 4 presentations to reception regarding kitchenware utensils as it was only equipped with 1 glass we received some utensils the next day. We also advised them that the bathroom door was broken and one of us had got locked in there. And despite this nothing was done in the 7 days we were there. I also advised them they were still advertising on website that Sunny Beach was available. I feel the staff did not care. The mattress was as hard as boards. This hotel should not be classed as 3 star it is very tired and needs a lot of maintenance gardens are full of weeds. We spoke to a number of other guests who had had the same experience as us booked Sunny Beach but not told it was closed till they arrived.

Loved our stay here! The staff were helpful, very close to the beach, pool was lovely and the room was spacious and clean.

The only good thing is the location of the hotel which is near the Chora of Naxos.

The hotel is old. There is mold on the walls. It wasn’t clean enough. The room had an odor due to being on the ground floor. The ceiling of the bathroom is ready to fall off.

Very nice, our room was cleaned every day! Only two minutes walk to the beach. There was a supermarket close by on the other side of the beach.

You only have to check in on the other side of the road. That was not a problem. The host gave us cold drinks when we arrived.

Should have been posted more clearly that check in was elsewhere. Failed to stock up on toilet paper a couple of days.

Breakfast was included and was a simple variety of food. I appreciated the convenience of having breakfast on site. The scrambled eggs were delicious! The swimming pool was lovely and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool and swimming. It was convenient to have a grocery store located right beside the hotel. We also loved the easy walk to downtown and to the beach.

The room lacked supplies to wash dishes such as any dish soap, sponges or towels, so we had to buy our own to use the kitchenette. For breakfast and the pool bar, I would have appreciated having alternative milk products, such as almond or oat milk available for the coffee. I ended up buying my own. I noticed other hotel guests did the same.

We arrived from the airport by Taxi, the driver gave us a quick heads up on directions from the hotel to Naxos, saying walking the beach boardwalk was faster. It was and placed the studios a perfect distance from Naxos town and the beach. We were offered a choice on arrival and chose one with a view of the mountains. The room was exactly as expected, not too large not too small, a nice balcony etc. There was a safe, a shower, a fridge, air con, shutters etc. pretty much everything we could have needed if we'd needed it. The room was cleaned daily, there were plentiful sockets and WiFi . One early evening we enjoyed listening to the - not that loud - open air cinema which was showing My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3 (yes we went). The pool was a nice temperature and was a good option when the winds picked up - all in all the studios are exactly as described and we had a wonderful stay.

The only thing that could have been better was the WiFi. It had a tendency to drop the connection or connect without internet and was generally quite slow. Don't get me wrong it was definitely useable and did the job but it was just quite slow and intermittent at times.

The lady who ran the facility was really nice and the swimming pool was good.

it’s not suitable for families, the rooms are too small! the kitchen was advertised as fully equipped…. it wasn’t! it consisted of a tiny sink squeezed into the corner of the room with one large pot and an assortment of old cutlery and plastic plates and no bottle opener does not equate to fully equipped in my book! The bathroom was tiny and the shower had no shower rail so you had to hold it up by hand! The outside area consisted of a tiny patio area with a small table and 2 chairs! I booked what I thought was a 2 bedroomed apartment which I would have thought would have some kind of living area sufficient for 4 people! I.e a table a chairs sufficient for the number of people staying but there was nothing! just 2 tiny rooms just big enough to fit the beds in with one old wardrobe! In summary, it’s not suitable for families! it was tiny and completely unsuitable and not as advertised. Very disappointing! We booked into alternative accommodation down the road which was more suitable for a family and left after one day!

The location is 50m from the beach! Short walk into Chora or 5 mins to bus stop. Tania was lovely and so helpful. The room had everything we needed. Bed was a firm comfortable. Would stay here again.

The freezer kept over freezing. Perhaps turn the fridge temperature down a little.

We really enjoyed the swimming pool, the staff were friendly & a great location to supermarket & the beach. Overall, we absolutely loved our time at sunny beach!

There was a language barrier between us and the staff making it hard for our requests to be completed eg more toilet paper. Communication wasn’t great when we first arrived & seemed like our rooms weren’t ready for us. We were also put in different rooms to what we booked which wasn’t a big deal for us but may be for others.

Clean, friendly management and peaceful

Excellent location right near the beach a 3 minute walk, very clean and new. Excellent price as well. Highly recommended.

Peaceful, nice quiet pool.

Beds a bit hard but that is just our preference. Rooms could be bigger.
