My wife and I stayed @ the Sunbeam Hotel for 2 weeks room 202 top floor middle balcony with fantastic sea views. Our room was cleaned every day to a very high standard, Thanks to Dia and her team. The whole staff at this hotel are just amazing, very friendly, and very helpful. The location is perfect right on the sea front close to bars and restaurants. We also ate at this hotel and the food was delicious. A highly recommended place to stay in Kardamena.

Perfect hotel in a perfect location with stunning rooms. We booked a sea view room with the most fantastic views - service from all the staff was out of this world. We also booked a return private transfer with the Sunbeam. looking forward to booking again.

We did not dislike anything

Sunbeam is a beautiful. Our room was stunning with a huge balcony. Our room was cleaned to a high standard daily. ALL of the staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is lovely and the evening meal we had was beautiful. Thanks to all the team. We had a great stay. Special thanks to Lefti and Romeo for the laughs and Harry and Lisa for being the very best hosts.

Lovely room, perfect size for my family, very clean, with good facilities. Staff we really friendly and we would definitely stay again. Central location and seafront location. We got married on holiday and had a family meal on the night of our wedding and it was perfect.

Amazing sea front view from balcony perfect for watching sunrise. Large decking next to sea with plenty of summers and umbrellas. Super comfy king size memory foam mattress. Proper walk in rainfall power shower. Full size under counter fridge. Tea/coffee and kettle in room along with a mix of glasses and crockery, cutlery and corkscrew/bottle opener. Basic cooking ring and pans.

There’s nothing negative to say about SunBeam.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredible. They made us feel right at home and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised when we got there, from the cleanliness and true beauty of the facilities, to the enthusiastic aura of all members of staff. We had only spent one night at SunBeam, we had arranged to go for dinner somewhere in Kardimena, although as soon as we arrived, we decided staying for dinner at SunBeam was a no brainier. The food was exceptional, with service that was unlike anywhere else. One of the members of staff in particular, “Lefty”, really made our stay what it was. Lefty was very respectful and well mannered, humorous but professional, a genuine gentleman. All members of staff were there for us, to help us with any requests throughout our stay. I would recommend SunBeam to anyone who would like to come to Kos and enjoy a pleasant stay in exceptional accommodation, with tremendous service, from truly beautiful members of staff!

Sunbeam is an amazing place to stay, the apartment was set out lovely with a balcony overlooking the beach. Great staff, food was spectacular along with evening entertainment.

Just a suggestion a toaster would be very useful if possible.

We were really impressed with the balcony and lovely sea view. The free sunbeds were a extra bonus 😎 All staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable and air con worked very well. Can’t wait to visit again.

There was honestly nothing to fault at all regarding this property.

Absolutely everything the rooms were spotless and spacious.. The house keeping was brilliant. The staff were absolutely fantastic they made us feel so welcome the moment we arrived. We often ate there and the food was outstanding.
