Very cold water in water park (we were in the end of October) impossible for children to use , no hot water in shower in aqua park. No laundry in hotel but there is one laundry close to the hotel. No transfer from airport

The sunbeds are the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever tried and as such we didn’t use them. We sat on chairs. Spoilt the holiday. Some people used inflatables on theres. It’s definitely put us off returning which is a shame… Evening time it’s hard to find a table and chairs anywhere outside unless you eat very early and then go out. Shower was awful in and room and just dribbled..

The food is very good - amazing selection. Breakfast was average but everything else we were impressed with. The whole hotel is just lovely, nice beds and rooms. Waterpark is fab. We stayed early Oct and it wasn’t busy at all during the day. The artist in the hotel is absolutely insane and I highly recommend him. We had a family portrait done and it’s brilliant! He’s outside the arcade area.

Sun beds could have been newer, as some were totally broken. Bed in the room was quite hard. Hairdryer was crap, it turned off every other minute. Food, well you can always find something to eat, but the quality is not the best. They have lots of junk food, fried processed food, pastas for kids. Yes, kids didn’t mind the food :). They had no variety of seafood. One frozen fish and thats it. Cleaners came every day and put new towels but they didn’t clean the floors properly, as you bring sand in the room from the beach. Alcohol variety was poor, just the local one. All the cocktails were very sweet. No Prosecco :( The most I didn’t like was the smokers (almost all the guests), they smoked everywhere and even in front of the kids by pool area.

We had a very good a looked like fairly new room, as I saw on listed picture, some rooms are not that nice. Hotel is huge, with many rooms. We had one with balcony with a pool view on second floor. The most value to the hotel brings the water park with slides. Traveling with kids 18 and 14 years old this was the best moments for them. Property has 2 pool areas and the water park, so many places to lay in the sun, but, you might not have a sun bed if you come at 11am or later. Some people overtake them with their towels at a breakfast time :) Liked the activities hotel provided as Zumba, stretching, water volleyball etc.

The buffet restaurant didn’t seem to have themed nights, Chinese, Indian, Mexican etc. It became a bit similar. The cleaners kept leaving different amount of towels in the room, quite often not enough were left.

We had a room in block 500, the rooms are very spacious and probably the best in the hotel. The water park is excellent for children and the entertainment on a night is pretty good, the dj / host does a great job.

The selfish people reserving sunbeds at 11pm for the next day.

Location was brilliant. The whole venue was great. Some areas were a bit tired however, we were lucky to be in a newer block. Evening entertainment was great fun. All in all happy kids=happy parents. Would definately return. Staff were really helpful and helped moved rooms when we arrived so we could be near friends. Food was as expected. The Greek food was really nice, great salad bar and deserts. Other food was standard aimed at kids, nuggets, chips, pancakes, and bolognaise. Loads of watermelon.

people who had inflated donuts in aquapark to slide down kept them forever. there should be person who is in charge of passing it to next person. you could wait 30min until someone gets bored and pass you item. towels were ripped and very hard. the same either pool one or bathroom.

aqua park was amazing food was ok everyone finds something for themselves animations were ok but quite late for kids 9pm.

Didn’t get to eat in the Greek or Mexican restaurant as fully booked for the nights we wanted to go.

Lots of activities throughout the day and the evening. Lots of vegetarian food available and labelled as vegetarian in the buffet.

the first evening we were assigned our hotel room. this was in a kind of annex next to the hotel. the room was terrible and the view even worse. after we indicated that we were dissatisfied we were assigned another room

The plates and cutlery in the restaurant were often not clean. The pool water looked a bit cloudy, but seemed alright. Everyone seemed to get up early to reserve sunbeds which remained empty most of the day so there was nowhere to sit by the pool when watching the kids in the pool. The room was a bit basic. I think we were in an older part of the hotel.

Water park was fantastic. Also loads of pools around the hotel outside of the park. Family room was a reasonable size with a proper wall splitting it into the kids area. It’s a short walk to the beach, which is sandy and has various boats and leisure activities. The selection of food available was ok and my fussy child was always able to find something he liked. The games were good and we spent a lot on air hockey. It was a really family friendly location

The noise from the entertainment ask for a quiet room honestly it's so LOUD it's unnecessarily loud like you are at a gig standing next to the speakers and is on until 11.15pm every night! Food hit and miss, mainly miss. Id recommend somewhere else to stay unless you are going to use the hotels waterpark every day. If you are not staying elsewhere, visit local places to eat and there is an excellent waterpark in the town you could visit for the day €27pp

The rooms walls were a bit thin and we could hear everything from a very noisy British family next to our room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel in the high season, as it would be too crowded and noisy.

There was everything we could expect in that value range. The room was comfortable, the food was good (not everything was tasty, but in general you can always find some good options available) and the staff was gentle. It was clean and had many leisure options.

The place is a bit outdated, needs renovation and repairs.

. Water park fun for kids, family rooms quite big. Room cleaners made towels art for kid :)
