Old towels or not washed well. Our apartment was new but very dusty. We had a lot of black flies in our apartment and a cleaning lady didn’t clean floor well, only in the middle of the rooms.

Nice breakfast and swimming pool, close to the beach and next to the supermarket.

We loved our stay at Summer dream! The room was clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Big thanks to Babis and Popi who gave us the best service and always with a positive energy. The food and drinks are really good at the hotell and the meny suits a large crowd. Poolarea perfect and you dont have to worry for finding a sunbed since there are plenty of them. The beautiful beach is around the corner and a big supermarket is only 10 meters from the hotell. We will definitely come back to this wonderful place!

The building is not quite. In the evening we're hearing the bar near the pool and in the early morning we're hearing other rooms, the pool and the breakfast buffet from our room

A tourist area with big hotels that played loud music well into the night. Which cannot be solved by the hotel. You have to keep the window closed.

Modern accommodation, large apartment, well-equipped kitchen, view of the pool. Comfortable bed. Spacious balcony. Large bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. The nearest beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very modern. We had balcony with a pool view. Everything was sparkling clean. The pool area was nice to relax in and the restaurant had a very delicious food. The parking was easy to get to once lady from reception shown us a way. The breakfast had a lot to choose from.

We were on the ground floor - which was with a family quite nice - but there was every evening music and talking in the bar, which was very doable in the bedroom, but in the living room - where the kids sleep, the noise was quite intens

Lovely location close to the beach, great swimming pool and food bar with nice personele. Every morning there was a breakfast with lots to choose from. Housekeeping was good!

Was rather disappointed there were no maps of Rethymnon. As a visitor it is so important to have maps freely available especially when the property is quite a walking distance away.

Great location, very nice breakfast and staff helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of restaurants and shops near by. 30 minutes walk to centre, doesn’t feel long when you’re walking by the beach. Everything was great.

Car park was tight but it was okay. 30 minute walk to Old Town, but was easy along prom.

Everything. Immaculate, well designed and thought out. Modern and new. Helpful and friendly staff. Lovely pool area. Breakfast was superb. So many options including vegetarian. Great coffee. Comfortable room.

This place is superb! Modern luxurious apartment. Mo, Anita and the team were first class and made me feel very welcome. Very well equipped kitchen. I found the washing machine particularly useful. Lovely pool. Supermarket next door. Private car park. There’s even a safe in the room. Room cleaned every day with fresh towels. I shall definitely return!

The service was excellent. The room was very confortable, clean and high tech. A very nice swimming pool in from of OUR balcon and the beach in 2 minutes. The best was the service of our receptionist (MO) taking care of us.

Close to the beach. In the direct neighbourhood a supermarket. Bus station to the centre basically also at the hotel. Nice small pool. Very friendly, smiling and supportive personnel.

Fully electronically controlled room. Had to try all the controls to figure out what was what. System was way too complicated especially in the middle of the night…..
