I suggest to widen breakfast offer, even if good. The room sometimes smells, may be for sewer

the roof for the breakfast has an amazing view on the sea and the city, the ancient building is very nice and all the staff team were very nice and available

The Aphrodite room faces west and the afternoon sun on a summer day makes using the balcony almost impossible and even the dining area/living room struggles to stay cool even with the air conditioning. On cooler spring and fall days this could be a plus.

The location overlooking the historic Venetian harbor is outstanding. The balcony makes the Aphrodite room our top choice at this property.

No blackout blinds in the room so the light from outside shone through the sheer curtains onto the bed all night. Not ideal if you are a light sleeper like me.

Suites Pandora is an absolute gem. From the moment you arrive, the charming and picturesque street entrance sets the tone. It leads into a delightful courtyard — perfect for enjoying a pre-dinner drink in the evening. We stayed in a ground-floor room that was thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. It was highly functional, and both the bed and pillows were very comfortable. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the harbour right from our room — a real treat to wake up to. Breakfast on the rooftop each morning was a lovely experience. The setting is peaceful, the food was satisfying, and the panoramic views added a wonderful start to the day. Nothing to complain about.

To me Pandora Suites is THE best place to stay in Chania. The location is perfect, the roof terrace is a dream day and night. Starting the day there with breakfast ( included) is simply wonderful. Rooms are simple, but have everything you need. Maybe most importantly: staff is super helpful, whether it concerns parking your car in the narrow streets, recommendations for the best places to eat or beaches to go to.

Nothing really. If I had to be picky, parking could be difficult, although we were lucky and got a spot outside.

I wasn’t expecting the beds to be in a loft, and not much room up there. And only one plug. There was no railing on the stairs so I was a little concerned about that in the dark. Nice view from the roof where breakfast is served, but wasn’t thrilled with breakfast. Very basic.

Very convenient location. Spacious. Nice staff. Big shower. Had a really well supplied kitchen but only a hot plate to heat anything. Only used the fridge.
