Kitchen not so well equipped, shower in the bathroom, a second key would be helpful

One thing that surprised us negatively was, that the rooms were not really soundproof - paired with noisy neighbours it's definitely not ideal if you're a light sleeper.

Fantastic location, facilities and service! The owners were extremely attentive and catered to our every need - they even made us breakfast to go when we had to check out early without us asking for it! Very homy atmosphere, we'd come back any time!

I think a week is too long here, a few days and then move on. We would have enjoyed the pool more had we not been told off for enjoying ourselves in it by taking some photos. We were literally in the pool, laughing and jumped up a few times to catch a fun photo of our family of 4 and got shouted at by the owner. On arrival he had pointed at the pool rules (usual, no bombing, no diving, no food and drink) and implied if there was no compliance then ‘polizia’. I hadn’t anticipated what we were doing was breaking the rules. Might not be a good place for people who like fun in a swimming pool. Possibly they prefer couples rather than families?!

It was clean (lovely staff who cleaned and reset the room daily), well situated and suited our needs. Everything was comfortable. Outside area by our room was lovely, gardens with beautiful flowers. Easily accessible to Myrtos, Assos, Fiskardo.

We got some mosquitos in our room. The shower is a bit clumsy. Glass doors for the shower instead of a curtain and a nicer shower head would be a good upgrade.

Fantastic view. The studios have the necessary kitchen equipment and the beds are comfortable. The airconditioning was quite and effective. Super friendly staff. The garden around the house is lovely.

We chose the cheapest room which was very basic but nothing wrong with it.

We stayed for 1 night when we travelled up to the north of Kefalonia. The property is in a beautiful location with stunning sunset views over the water. The owners (an older couple) were absolutely LOVELY, couldn’t do enough for you and provided us with a lovely fresh breakfast in the morning which was included in the room price.

Along a road, not so close to a village so had to drive 15mins go get somewhere. Not many visitors in the stay when we arrived so it was v quiet.

The view is amazing! The host is very nice and accommodating. The appartement is simple but includes everything you need. Loved the little terrace in front of our room.

Slight issue with one of the french doors wasn't working properly so obviously hadn't been picked up during cleaning after previous occupants. It was was repaired by the evening when we returned from dinner although not successfully as open and closing it saw the issue arise again. It was fixed a day later.

Location and excellent pool although the pool massage system didn't seem to be operational. Breakfast is available with good selection to choose from although we thought the price @ 15 euros per person was a little steep. that said we did take it on the first and last days

The room was smaller than adverted, max 22 sqm, not even close to 30 sqm as presented on booking. The shower was with curtains (also not presented on booking, different than the images that you can find on booking). Some issues with the water pressure which caused water temperature variations, sometimes too hot (close to getting burned) and sometimes too cold. Very difficult to communicate in english with the host. For the insects found in the room we bought insect spray killer and solve the problem.

The view was very nice and the location it's close to Fiskardo. Nice tavern's nearby. The breakfast was very good, food variety, you can also order frappe which is also very tasty. The staff was friendly and polite. The room was daily cleaned, except in the arrival day when the room was full of insects from outside. The pool was warm, big with a nice view and kids were aloud to stay longer than regular pool program. Parking lots ok.

Wonderful location near Assos, you could go either towards south or to Fiscardo, to the north side , if you have got a car ! Quiet place, with nice views ! The girl from the reception was very nice and recommended great places and restaurants !

I don't know how the other rooms looked like but mine it needed some attention, like 2 sockets were broken and you could see the wires, the front door had a really big gap down and all kinds of crawlers could come in without any problem.

The room was cleaned everyday, the beds were comfy and the breakfast was ok, it had all you need to start a new day.

Breakfast quality is not great and options are limited. The room furniture and bathroom are dated and air conditioning not very powerful. A little bar by the pool could be a great addition since there are no options to buy food and drinks nearby.

The setting is stunning with infinity pool overlooking the sea, the view from the rooms is also great. The location is convenient but isolated from the main towns. Staff is very attentive and helpful.

Beautiful view from the room looking over the Ionian Sea. The host Yianni was incredibly helpful and gave us a full itinerary of the best local beaches, restaurants and things to do over our 8 days there.

Booked a studio, and got a room !!! This apparently was down to Booking.com, I would say a misinterpretation on there part.

Yannis is a wonderful host with little English or better Italian, but he explains very good where to find the good restaurants, supermarkets and nice beaches. His wife a good cleaner and gardener making the place looking beautiful. Breakfast by the pool is very good, enjoy! The apartments are very nice and the view from the amazing pool is spectacular. It’s very well located 20 min from Fiscardo 10 min from Agios Sostis and Sami and all the other nice places in Kefalonia.

There was nothing we didn’t like, everything was perfect!

10/10 stay at the beautiful Panoramic Sunset. The owner John gave us a lovely warm welcome and was on hand for anything we needed and was so friendly. The views are amazing and the sunset from the pool view was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable! We did not want to leave!! We will most definitely be back at some stage in the future!! Highly recommend and only a short drive from Assos village so great location!!

Large tree blocked our view of the setting sun, but we could go down by the pool to see it.

Outstanding view and delicious breakfast. The sound of birds and the garden is delightful.
