How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

We were sitting on the street side, it was noisy until morning. We couldn't sleep with the window open.
Kind owner and answered promptly. There was tile on the floor, the tile got dirty quickly, but someone came in every day to mop the floor and collect the trash. We could find a parking space no matter what time we returned. The beds are very big, we had a lot of space.

water pressure at the bathroom was sometimes insufficient very few kitchenware no programs (4 greek, no Netflix or something) and a very small tv. little to no wifi signal in the room some smell in the bathroom, from the pipes. no possibility to refresh the air in the bathroom, the window was always open and the outdoor air was hotter than the inside. And because of the conditioning closed door, the colder air made by AC couldn-t refresh inside.
big room beautiful view at the back of the building and a little quieter than the front rooms. Towels changed every other day very good refrigerator, old one though sufficient and clean furniture the AC was excellent the location was at 5 minutes walk to the local beach and some other 2 beaches (7-15 min) the location was near all the central taverns and stores

A shower screen would be helpfull, but not a big issue for us🙂
Very good location , close to the beach , few minutes walking to the shops, bakeries and taverns . Host very friendly , not at the property at our arrival, however came in 10 minutes once contacted . Room was big enough for a family of three , cleaned daily . We didn't spent time at the property unless we went to sleep , so I can give a very good rating to the accomodation , met our needs .

Parking is badly organised. Many insects in the room,not dangerous but annoying. Air-condition didn't work.
Host was friendly and helpful. Changing towels every 2nd day,cleaning room every day.

The host was kind. They cleaned every day. Location is very close to the beach and restaurants.There are free places for cars.

The mattres was hard and full with lamps that made my back hurt. The pillows was also too hard and hurt my neck.

The bathroom, and the bed. There were some problems with the shower, and the bed was awful.
It's a nice accomodation, but don't expect for too much. I would say that it's a bit noisy, because of the traffic. Otherwise, it's ok.

The bathroom was horrible, the drainage cover was broken/missing (a 5-8 cm hole in the middle of the bathroom), and if you weren't careful where you stepped, you could easily cut your sole. The shower faucet was spraying continuously and therefore the floor was always wet. The fridge was not properly cleaned, its freezer corners were dirty. For 2 adults and 2 kids, we had 2 good chairs and 2 broken/torn chairs.
Close to the beach, we had shops and restaurants very near.

The bathroom door was very difficult to close and the front door would not close unless locked.
We were off season and it was quiet. One apartment faced an inner garden and the other faced the street. The room is large, comfortable. The terrace is big. They cleaned our room every day.

Some of the bathrooms had broken hangers for the shower head and that was not very comfortable.
The place overall was nice, the rooms were clean and the owners were really friendly

Hosts were nowhere to be found for 10 days. Light bulbs broke they never replaced them, water pressure was terrible, we asked for blankets and never got them, there was NO INTERNET for the last 3 days, the mattresses were worn out but passable, the parking he provides is not for low cars. If the hosts were there they could have resolved many of the issues...
The room was being cleaned every day, every second day we would get new towels and bed sheets which was wonderful.
