Access to beach, parking, room cleanliness

A towel was dirty

It’s a perfect place next to the beach. The rooms were nice and there was a nice balcony with table and chairs . The proximity to the beach is great just across the hotel. They also serve lunch and drinks great place to relax. You need a car if you want to go out for dinner in the beautiful Pythagoria city.

The shower curtain is very annoying due to the small size of the shower. The fabric clings on to you. It should be a glass door.

Great location. Spotless studio. Host and staff were wonderful. Highly recommended.

Disappointing to have 3 other rooms whose only entry/exit is across our area of balcony. Also when staying in accommodation with their own beach bar and beds would not really expect to have to pay to use the beds.

A super clean place to stay, fantastic pool and lounge area. Excellent bar, serving great food at very reasonable prices. The rooms contain everything required to prepare your own meals should you wish. Very good value for money, will stay again.

The hotel's beach was perfect. We paid €8 for a taxi to the city center. The rooms were cleaned regularly every day.

On a rainy day, the beach was closed, so we couldn't have breakfast. The nearby market was much more expensive compared to those in the city center, and the options were limited.

A clean, decent place with home comfort. Being in a quiet location is perfect for those looking for peace. You can prepare whatever you want in the mini kitchen, there are almost all the kitchenware you need. It has a clean and cute pool. There is only 1 road between it and the sea. You can use the private beach in front of the hotel by spending a certain limit (you have to spend 5 euros per person). The beach and the sea are very clean. It is 5 minutes by car to the center. The hotel staff are caring and hardworking people. The owner of the hotel is very sweet and smiling.

The only downside was that there was no shower cabin in the bathroom. The shower is surrounded by a curtain.

My only complaint would be that the balconies with the other rooms are common, without any divider, therefore you have no privacy or calm to stay on your balcony and relax if the next door neighbours are also on their balcony (mine were almost 24/7) occupying it and speaking loudly. I had an excellent balcony with an amazing view at the sea, which I didnt manage to enjoy due to this fact.

Internet was a disaster. This was the only point we didn’t like. The rest wax really good .

It is great to have a volleyball field, my kids (13 and 16) loved to play there. The sea is amazing too. We weren't expecting a micro kitchen in our room; it was a nice surprise. The area is quite; very good for relaxing.

The beach bar right across the street was nice. The cleaning was superb. The room was nice, and spacious. Overall it was a nice stay, but our expectations were a bit too high after staying 1 week in Kokkari.

Be aware that you can't throw toilet paper in the toilet. This is however common in Greece, but it's worth knowing. Besides the WiFi was not working at all. We we're dissapointed to learn that the balcony wasn't a private balcony, which appeared to be the case in the pictures. It was about a 20-25 minute walk to the city, which was a bit long on a hot day. The staff had varying english, and sometimes they seemed little helpful, for instance when we asked if they knew where we could buy towels. However, this could off been because of language barriers.

It was super clean and all needed was there. the owner was helping. The sea is beautiful and food is nice.

The bed is uncomfy . After 19:00 the restaurant is closed

Even though it is easier to reach by car, it is quite close to the city and we felt comfortable having chosen it. Everyone was quite nice and if one feels like chill out without going anywhere, the beach is across the street and also a good location for going for a swim.
