It would be super helpful if there was a washing service for clothes at least paid, if not free in case someone wants to avail the service.

The hosts are lovely. Location is in walking distance 100-200m from a very nice beach. You need to take your own umbrella and beach gear. The rooms and courtyard are very well equipped for families. Location is very clean. There many beautiful beaches around. I stronglly recomend it.

Our stay here was amazing. The hosts were really nice and helpful. Anytime we needed something they always helped with a smile on their faces. The propriety is great and the garden is bigger and more beautiful than expected. I would definitely recommend it.

A small children friendly green paradise filled with flowers, butterflyes and smiles. Anna and Nina the place keepers very welcoming and ready to provide support. Very clean and close to the sea, with a wonderful view to the sun rise and the Athon Mountain. We spent the most beautiful holliday and we strongly feel we shall come again!

There is a sea-fed water canal nearby, with stangnant water that is a breeding ground for mosquitoes, but the doors and windows all have insect screens so it's not that much of a problem.

The place looks and feels like a mansion in the countryside. There are seating areas throughout the whole building and the garden. The garden is huge, with a generous playground for little kids, and enough parking spots in designated areas. The room was beautifully arranged and decorated, and super clean. There's a path, a short 2 min. walk to a beach in Vourvourou bay. Our hosts, Anna and Nina, are two of the most amazing people I've met, incredibly warm, friendly and super helpful.

The bathroom was very, very small, around 1m square. Not enough space to move, shower or wash anything. Besides, it didn't have any window or ventilator. I will say that the property met my expections, because beside this inconvenient everything else was fine.

The building and the yard were very nice. My daughter enjoyed a lot playing outside. People there were always approaching us with a smily faces. The beach was 5 minutes away by walking from the property. We also had free parking inside the property.

Very good value for money: Beautiful garden with playground for children, outdoor shower and kitchen. Very friendly hostess. Nice studio with everything you need - we enjoyed our stay. The street in front of the house was not really an issue as we had our room to the backyard garden.

If it were raining for ten days here, we would still have the best vacation! Filio Sonia is everything you were looking for, especially if you are a family with kids. You will first be impressed with the most enormous yard you could have. A large maple tree dominates in the corner, and three more big trees create a complete shadow during the day. So you can sit back or lie under your favorite tree and have coffee or a cold drink while the children play in the shade. And talking about children's play, this is like heaven for them. Several playgrounds, toys, or things such as trampolines, ropes hanging from the trees, and several swings that children love. The grass is so green and soft that we walked barefoot during our stay, constantly feeling like you are walking on the most delicate carpet you can imagine. There are also two showers with hot water in the yard, which are great for you and your children when you come from the beach. Talking about it, the closest beach is 200m from the place, but if you go far right (300m more), you will have a perfect place in the nature shade of pines. The rooms are pretty spacious and have everything you need. They are as clean as possible—very comfortable beds with perfectly white sheets. And last but not least, Ana and Nina are just perfect hosts. You will instantly feel they will do their best to comfort you, not because you paid for the room, but because they genuinely want you to have the best vacation you can. They are always smiling and are always available for you to help you with everything. Don't forget to buy their homemade olive oil. I am not an expert on that, but it has such a mild flavor and smell that you will love it. We ended up buying 10L to bring home. You can freely use several barbecues and open kitchens to prepare food.

Everything met the conditions for a great vacation.

The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. The family atmosphere, the proximity to the beach, the large yard and what we liked the most were the showers in the yard.

Literally everything... Location, our room (spacious, veery clean and brad new), facilities within the building (childern playground, inside parking, barbecue, outside shower), but above all - kindness and hospitality of our host Anna. Pay attention if you are sensitive to noise, the location is by the main road. Do not ask a room with sea view, if you need deep silence, a kind o echo sends some noise to the studios on the second floors.

The studios are really nice, well decorated with specific greek objects and very well equiped with practical and nice furniture. There are MANY places in the court yard where you can sit to admire fruit trees (pomegranate in Septembet), relax, eat, make a grill or everything you like to do. The basilic bushes from many flowerpots in the court gave am increddible flavor the whole day. Each studio is different from each others, and this personalization is so nice, also a cosy place for eating available for each studio. The host, Anna, is a really wonderful person, efficient, available, hard working and all-time smiling. The change of the first studio to one better for our expectations was fast and natural. In September, you can see the olives harvesting and first step preparation, which was great! We could prepare ourselves dishes from sea food bought from the nearby harbour, Ormos Panagia (at 4-5 km from Vourvourou). The sea near Diaporos Island is at less than 200 m, a good point to start cruises with rented boats. Relatively close to Karidi beach, which is really wonderful (fine sand, clear sea water, spectacular stones in the small gulf, amazing view to Mount Athos).
