The property is just perfect - situated 4-5 minutes from Livadi port (where the ferry comes and also where the bus station is) and from Livadi beach. Livadi is perfectly connected by a multitude of buses to all the nice beaches and also Chora, the capital, so we did not need to rent a car. The room is super neat and cleaned daily and although there might be cars passing in front of the property, the sound insulation is great when closing the door facing the street, so we slept very well. The host, Dimitra, is super nice and extremely helpful, lending us a beach umbrella and a lot of advice (efharisto poli!) and their dog, Spot, is the sweetest. Loved our time there, would not change a thing and cannot wait to come back next year!

The location was excellent, but it was located on a road with a lot of traffic (for a small beach town). You can hear cars, motorcycles and trucks quite often and late. If you’re not oversensitive it will be ok.

The bed was really really good, with good mattress and several different pillows. Good fridge and kitchenette, good light, nice balcony.

It was right next to a busy road which I hadn’t realised. This was not terribly disturbing but good to know. There could have been some more equipment in the kitchen - maybe a cork screw?

It was very handy for the centre of the little port of Livadi, was spacious and was cleaned daily. There was a roomy terrace which was very nice to sit on. The owner of the place was friendly and welcoming. There was very good WiFi which is perhaps not so usual on the islands.

The WIFi / Network reception was unstable due to the windy weather. it would connect and disconnect - however there are cafes nearby with good WIFI if you are working remotely ( The yacht club and Indigo cafe)

Dimitra and family were excellent hosts- happy to help and to suggest where to go on the island etc The rooms were very spacious with lots of natural light and the bed was very comfortable. The location was very central just minutes walk away from the beach and the main promenade of Livadi - with access to shops, restaurants, bars, bakery and the local bus stop.

The location is great, very close to the beach and there are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The staff is also great, very friendly and helpfull. We loved the stay.

Very nice and clean appartment. The beds were made every day, and the trash was gone. Nice shower. All in all very nice appartment and great hosts.

The place was as as described and the hosts went above and beyond. They picked us up from the ferry port as a surprise added bonus and at one point shared some of their delicious homemade spanikopitas. They were truly invested in ensuring we had a good time and felt comfortable not only in their place but getting around the Island. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Perhaps a lift to get suitcases to first floor accommodation would be helpful.

The location is brilliant just off the main road and a few yards away from the beach. Close to the main shops, bars and restaurants without the noise. The hosts are informative but discreet. Overall a brilliant place to stay

We would prefer if the towels had been changed one more time. But, in general the room was clean.

The location was perfect, the room was spacious as long as the balcony.
