Overall: Old and worn down furniture, bad floorplan, tasteless decor and wall color in the room (very bright and strong yellow). Kitchen: Very poor kitchen facilities, bad quality and very little silverware and plates, glasses and cups for our group of 5 people. Only one window, very small tv. Bathroom: no toiletries except from 3 small soap bars, dirty shower curtain, The owner is an old man with very bad temper who treats his wife badly for no reason -even when the guests are present.

It is close to the beach, the parking is easy, there is a restaurant adjacent to the building. The studio 14 where we stayed is very spacious, the veranda was very spacious with adequate outdoor furniture., clean and soft towels, hot water in shower, fairly clean.

the location is still in a place where there are only a few restaurants that do not offer quality food like for example in the bigger places, also there was no tourist promenade where you can walk and shop, especially there was nothing for children but we were ready for that and walked in the bigger places. What we were not prepared for was that out of our 6 night stay 2 nights had NO HOT SHOWER WATER!!! It was a detail that we, as a family with two small children who paid properly for their accommodation, could not pass through. To come back from the beach and NOT HAVE HOT WATER FOR SHOWERING. The older gentleman, who was probably the owner of the apartments, tried to pretend to be kind, but he still gave me the impression that he failed in that, problems should be solved and not tried to go around them.

The location is good because it is 300 meters from the sea and there is a city beach where you don't have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas. The cleaning lady was constantly active. It had a very good internet connection. There was free parking.

From when I booked the room to the time when we were at the property their rating fell from 8.8 to 7.6 - this alone tells you a lot. The room is dated and in dire need of renovation. The beds are uncomfortable, with springs that are almost sticking out, hurting your back as you move. The 3-person room had 2 forks, 1 spoon, 1 frying pan, and a 1/2 L pot - completely inadequate and useless! The bathroom had a shower curtain that was 20cm short so every time you took a shower you made a lake inside. Instead of a drying rack, there was a string tied to the railing which wasn't high enough for the beach towels. The curtains for darkening on the windows were full of dust and had no point if there was a glass door without any cover on it. Last but not least Wi- Fi that NEVER works.

The property is near the beach and has 2 shops nearby. The woman in charge of cleaning is very nice, helpful and cordial. The sheets were changed and the room was also cleaned every 3 days. If you are ever in Skala Rachoni go to Mitropolis Beach Bar - GREAT PLACE!

Clogged drains, thin walls, old beds and appliances, poor kitchen area, smaller space than expected, no balcony, old towels and bedding, tiny tv, grumpy owner yelling all the time, smells old, definitely would not stay nor recommend. Very disappointed and confused why it had so many good ratings.

this room was like psychiatric hospital, beds are disaster you cant sleep, you here voice from every room, especially if you are with kids it is shame you here screaming sex voice from everywhere. The owner is very unpolite men. The only good thing there is the girl from Slovakia who works there and she is very polite nothing else. People belive me dont go in that room especially if you are with kids.
