It was nice staff were amazing great stay generally clean

I was on fourth floor right below rooftop bar and noisey moving chairs and footsteps when trying to sleep had to wear ear plug other floors maybe ok

Great position, great views from the rooftop very comfortable room.

Check in was terrible, it was like the whole process was too hard. I suggest the girls on the front get some customer service skills from the Bat staff running the rooftop bar.

Location is centered which is cosy however is quite noisy too. Breakfast is good as there are various options.

Although the comments of owners indicate that parking spaces are available, there were occasions when I required up to an hour to secure parking, while all the nearby private parking facilities were fully occupied.

The location is amazing, in city center

The sound isolation was very poor, both between rooms and from outside, making it nearly impossible to sleep without earplugs. The facilities were outdated, and the shower had low water pressure. Although the towels and bedsheets were changed daily, they appeared gray and poorly washed

The position is really good, because it is close to all the restaurants. our room is facing to the seaside. The view is worth the price.

The staff was helpful and housekeeping cleaning seems like a priority (after we arrived as at first the bathroom tub was dirty). Breakfast was good, but I’ve had better

During breakfast, I would always find dirty dishes with all kinds of residue from biscuits to chocolate. On the first day, the bathroom tub was dirty and the water would fill up instead of going away as it was blocked, thankfully, the next day they cleaned it up. While we are talking about the bathroom, the curtain that stops the water from going out is dirty. It’s 2025…get a glass to cover each bathroom. The pictures on Booking tell a different story than what it really is. While the hotel is clean, it looks like it was never renovated. This hotel must have been a top-notch hotel during the 80s–90s, but now, in 2025, everything looks old…from the doors of the rooms, the locks, the bathroom, the beds, the air conditioners. Balcony with a city view? More like a balcony with a view of the opposing hotel and their laundry. Lastly, while we knew that the water isn’t drinkable, for two days when we opened the toilet faucet it would bring out brown water. This is the water we were washing ourselves with…I think it was unacceptable.

Everything was great, excellent friendly staff, the view from the balcony was amazing, we had view of the port, the sea and the town. Breakfast was also very good, all excellent!

Bathroom need renovation

Location, pool, roof bar. All those were excellent.

The room is extremely dated and falling apart. I was very disappointed that the bathroom still has shower curtains, no shower head and had a door that was rotting from water damage.
