We had a fabulous time in Samos and really enjoyed staying in Petros's StoneVilla. The villa was thoroughly cleaned and prepared for our stay. Every detail was thought through. There are 3 ACs in the house and makes it extremely comfortable to cool down separate areas. The villa is very close to the beach and the city center of Pythagorio which makes it easy to access everywhere by walking. Petros went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. He gave me a ride to the airport to pick up my rental car and provided a parking spot nearby to make it easy for us. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in Samos and in StoneVilla.

Excellent Stay! Everything was perfect. The home is gorgeous and spacious and Petros always makes himself available to help in any way. Location is ideal, easy to walk around town right from the front step.

We loved everything about Stone Villa! We felt completely at home.

Beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and spacious villa with everything we needed for a peaceful, relaxing, and perfect stay in Pythagoreio. The villa is very close to everything -- a nice beach, excellent restaurants, a bakery, grocery markets, historic sites, ATMs, a post office, and a wide variety of shops are a short walk away. Petros is a perfect host who responded quickly to all our questions during our stay -- and even kindly booked a taxi for us when it was time for us to sadly leave!

Wish it had a little larger outdoor area, but do appreciate the effort that went into creating the little sitting area that does exist upstairs. We used it every evening. [Maybe there is room for a little garden behind the house?]

Amazing property that was a dream to stay in! The renovation of the original stone townhouse in the heart of town was fabulous. Incredible attention to every detail, and everything was clean and modern. Lots of space on both floors, and the staircase is easy to manage compared to some other two-story island properties we stayed at. The furnishings and original artwork throughout the house made it really special. The area was perfect, a stone's throw from the harbor, yet quiet and charming in the side streets. The host was attentive. Reserved parking nearby (~100 m) made it convenient.

Great location near beach, restaurants, bakery, supermarket, shopping. The villa is well maintained, well decorated, and has all the amenities needed. The hosts are fabulous. We spent 5 nights and it was great.

There was more than anything you could think of in a house. Electronic appliances, dishwasher and washing machine, oven… It was a very comfortable holiday for us as a family with children. Since we said we would come with the child, he made extra expenses such as an extra baby food set, shower set, and sleeping bed. In addition, the location of the house was within walking distance to the city center and the sea. Petros was a very attentive host. If I come to Samos again, I will stay here without hesitation.

The villa is tastefully refurbished, fully equipped with modern appliances and located in the heart of the city close to restaurants, shopping and a small beach. It has a nice very small outdoor space not displayed on the photos of the object presentation where we enjoyed our morning coffe and evening glass of wine. The host Petros was kind and welcoming and left us some nice treats upon arrival. We recommend a visit to Glicoriza beach, a 5 minutes taxi trip from the villa.

Absolutely wonderful property, beautifully decorated. Great location, just a short walk to great cafes, bars & restaurants. Car space reserved for us a few minutes walk away. Host was excellent. Petros happened to be on the same flight with us from Athens & was so kind & extremely helpful. Lovely hamper of goodies including jams, wine & Ouzo on our arrival. Very highly recommend staying at stone villa!

There is nothing to dislike about this home, everything was just perfect!

This home creates a warm and inviting feel with fantastic decor and use of amenities. It is close to all the beautiful sights and restaurants in Pythagoria. We even did a day trip to Turkey. Anna, the host, made us a Stifado (the best we have had in Greece) accompanied by bread, potatoes and Mustica Thank you to the hosts, Anna, Petros and Kostas for your wonderful Greek hospitality and the use of your beautiful home.
