Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GreeceWe chose Stone Apartments for our business trip as we wanted to stay at a traditional Chios island village. The property was amazing and the host was the kindest person on earth willing to help us with any questions or any needs. The village was amazing and so peaceful. I would certainly visit again and again.

TurkeyThe house is at the entrance to the village and is on a side street of the village square, which is easily accessible. The stone house, designed to protect from the heat, also has a small terrace. We had breakfast on this terrace. There is a refrigerator both downstairs and upstairs. It is very good for keeping food and drinks cold. We loved the warmth of the house and stayed with peace of mind. All kitchen equipment is provided and all necessary items can be used. We were able to get help by reaching the manager via message and his guidance made life very easy. It was a very good choice to stay in this village consisting of stone houses. It is an ideal choice for a quiet and cool night. It is a few minutes away from To Asteri, but I would like to remind you that there is another tavern in the village mezyanon. Those who will stay should do their shopping and come to the village, there is no shop in the village.

CanadaThe arrival time was very flexible; I had a late flight to Chios and it was no problem for the proprietor to meet me in person at the apartment. He even took time to explain things about Chios and provide suggestions. During my stay, he contacted me to check if I needed anything. The apartment is beautiful and practicable; you must have car to get to and from the village. Note that there is no laundry available in the village.

TurkeyAlgiris is an excellent man. He tried to help with everything. I've never seen a host like him in any of the places we've stayed. If you are going to rent a car far from the center, I recommend you to stay here. There is no shortage in the house. As in the pictures.
