Unfortunately, there aren’t any toiletries (except for hand soap) so bring your own shower gel and shampoo. I also recommend to bring more of clothes pegs to hang your laundry. The walls to the main corridor inside the house are thin and there is big echo so you hear other guests coming home from their night life. Probably no cleaning staff during a weekend. Also, for some reason, you cannot find the address and exact location on Google Maps (only Apple Map) so while booking a taxi driver or finding the location on maps, we had to use the hotel next to us.

The hotel/villa has a great location. It’s really maximum 5 minutes walk to a nice and quite empty beach and also around 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest shops and restaurant at the Main Street. The room has a nice terrace where you can hang your laundry. The AC worked perfectly. The room was very clean. Bathroom was pretty. You can use the big garden to relax or chit chat.

Ideal location close to the beach in lovely quiet area. Everything you needed in the apartment, lovely terrace with separate kitchen so no noise from the fridge.

The TV wasn't working so an engineer had to be called. The tap in the kitchen needs some attention.

Lovely location, very close to the beach and in the quieter end of Kalamaki but only a ten minute walk to the bakery and restaurants in town. Good kitchen area, room cleaned every day. Management quick to respond to queries.

Mosquitoes all over, the music can be heard on every 2 nights from the close "iguana bar" karaokee party.

Excellent location, sandy beach is 2 mins walk away, store is 1 minute, restaurants 2-10 min walks. If you are brave enough, the airport can be reached with 30 minutes of walking (no sidewalks on a few sections). I haven't met anyone on the whole week except the cleaning lady. Small room but lovely and new bathroom. No kitchen on room nr. 4, just a fridge with toaster and water heater. Separated beds (can be connected), terrace. All rooms located ground floor, air contition is available and free. Towels, liquid soap included, cleaning on every day.

Very Friendly and a superb welcome from the host. Everything was explained fully. Perfect location for the beach, literally less than 2 mins slow walk. ANNA'S mini mart 30 seconds away for essential needs. 5 mins walk up to the main strip Corner45. Plenty of bars and restaurants at hand. Very clean and comfortable, maid service every day, polite and friendly. Large balcony. In a very peaceful and quiet location, perfect for those quiet nights. Shower, full on and plenty of hot water. Safe, air-conditioning and fridge included. It's not 5 star but I would give this 5 star because it was a perfect stay. Thank you so so much x

Great location near the airport and very close to the beach, there are many places for breakfast/dinner (Escape Taverna is a must!), close to supermarkets. It was our second time here and for the price it's really really great. Nice helpful host, very clean, all good.

We stayed at Stathis for 2 nights and had a great stay. Room was very comfortable and clean. Near to the beach and close to a shop for where you can get your essentials. Kitchen had toaster, fridge freezer, kettle and all equipment. Owners and staff all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

That i couldn’t stay longer.

I love the atmosphere that the property creates. Being independent but still totally pampered made my stay so much more enjoyable. Totally uncomplicated and familiar, i felt and home straight away. The Garden is absolutely beautiful, and each apartment has its own little private terrace which made the evenings to a really enjoyable event.

Room 5 was too small for a double. There was no room to walk around the bed, there was only a single wardrobe and self catering facilities were obviously designed for a single occupant, they were almost impossible to use due to the cramped space. It wasn't comfortable for a long stay - we were there 10 days and the 2 occupants were over 70 and really struggled with the lack of room space they had and lived out of a suitcase for most of the time.

Access to the accommodation was easy as keys were in the doors. The apartments were kept clean daily When we reported an issue with the kettle & toaster it was addressed immediately

Be prepared to mosquito fight in the evening before going to sleep. Every evening we were killing from 4 to 9 of them.

We arrived between 9Pm and 10PM. The keys were in the door. I booked the room with the kitchen but there was no kitchen in the room. First I thought we were given the wrong room. There is no reception so I could ask where the kitchen is. The cleaning lady did not speak English. Eventually we found the kitchen outside the room near the balcony. So no issue. At Stathis there is a space where you can leave the car (on the territory) but not sure if it is for guests or not. But on the street it is also possible to leave it. The Taxi from/to airport costs 15EUR and it takes 4 minutes to drive. The owner was really nice and let us have late check out.
