It is a beautiful house, very spacious and clean. We like where it is located-a quiet district near Ioannina, only 8 minutes to Sklaventis supermarket by car. The host was very friendly. The view is amazing.

Everything was perfect, clean and tidy, a very well-equipped apartment, the hosts are charming and very kind, they even baked us a very delicious cake, there is a view of the lake and a balcony where you can see the sunset, close to the lake and the city center, 10 minutes. The stray cats…… a nuisance everywhere in Greece.

There wasn't anything we didn't like - everything was perfect!

Everything was wonderful! Host: Maria welcomed us on our first day to give a tour of the apartment and to hand us the key. It was very easy to communicate with her and she waited in front of the house so we immediately found the location. She also made fresh zoureki for us to eat for breakfast which I thought was a really kind gesture - not to mention the small thoughtfull presents throughout our stay so we felt really spoiled. We also met her husband Giannis and their son and they are all a really warm, sweet and hardworking family. Was a delight to meet them! Amenities: We really felt like home for the 3 days we stayed here. There is absolutely everything you need in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom, hairdryer, iron, bedsheets, pillows, etc. - can't think of anything that we needed and couldn't find. It is one extremely cosy and sparkling clean apartment. Location: The view is fantastic - don't think the photos do justice as it's much nicer in real life. We saw the most beautiful sunsets on the terrace and were visited by the cutest cats. At night it's also very quiet so we slept very well!

We were traveling with our child and we were looking for something comfortable.The house had all the comforts. Everything we need was available without even asking. it was like we were at home but with an amazing view. Mrs Maria was kind, sweetheart and always at our disposal.

The view is perfect. The location in very convinient since you have a car. The city of Ioannina is 5-7 min driving. The apartment is fully equiped, with everything needed for a pleasant stay! Even medicines and first aid kit! The quality of cleaness is realy impressive. The fireplace has been an huge asset! And after all, the politeness of Giannis, who owns the appartment, can guarantee an unforgetable stay. Thanks for everything!

Everything was wonderful!

House with view is one of the best if not the best property we have stayed in Greece! The property is ultra clean, the bed was so comfortable, shower is fantastic and the view is the best! It was also so very quiet at night that you are guaranteed the best sleep and only 10 minutes by car to the centre of Ioannina. Yianni and Maria the hosts are wonderful and make you feel like family. They provided jam, honey and rusks for breakfast and delicious cake as well. Thank you Yianni and Maria and we cannot wait to return!

My stay here was perfect. Giannis and Maria are wonderful and kind hosts, they ensured we have the best stay possible, they welcomed us with a homemade tsoureki (sweet bread) and were always at our disposal for anything. There was a short water outage in the whole Ioannina for a few hours and they provided us with extra water for the night without us even asking. Also, the view from the house is amazing, we truly enjoyed it! Highly recommended to stay here if you are ever in Ioannina or Amfithea.

We stayed there 7 nights and it was wonderful. A very nice and spacious appartement with a great view overlooking the lake and a large veranda. The veranda has a roof, which is very convenient when the sun is shining or when it is raining: two sides of the weather we experienced at that time. The hosts were very nice and treated us on self baked cake and bread. The appartement is a good basis for visits to the mountains or to Ioannina. All with all: we surely would pick this place if we visit the region again.

What a wonderful stay! Very spacious rooms, nicely decorated, well looked after and super clean. The view of the lake and Ioannina is spectacular and the flowers on the terrace was a nice touch. The kitchen has all the essentials and there was a selection of coffee, tea, butter, jam and honey. Maria and Giannis are lovely people and excellent hosts and Maria gave us delicious homemade goodies and fresh fruit. The neighbourhood is quiet and there is easy parking in front of the house. We can 100% recommend staying at House with View in Amfithea.
