Only a few minor things - could do with more glasses for drinks, plastic ones for pool area and some more saucepans. I would 100% recommend this villa to everyone

Owners were very friendly and helpful. They let us check out later in the day as our flights were in the evening at no extra cost. They responded very quickly when asked about anything Pool and grounds were excellent. Pool had a max depth of about 5ft which suited us with children very well Villa was well laid out and they has all English Premier league games on their tv channel - stellar!!!! We have used villas for decades and i can honestly say this was the best we have ever been fortunate enough to stay in

The property is very comfortable and extremely well stocked. Olga and Nikos really go the extra mile for their guests. The property was fully cleaned during our week which is an added bonus. There are lovely outside areas to relax around the pool (which is cleaned every second day). The house is five minutes walk to Issos beach which is an absolutely beautiful beach for swimming.

Nice, very equipt villa. Big teritory with placement area to children. Big waterpool. We like everything here. Amalofos taverna - 50 m from villa - the best in the area. Beach 500 - sandy and the best in Corfu. The host - veery helpfull and welcome warm with wine and fruit plate was organized - we were surprized. Thank you. Recomendations to stay here.

Only a few small things that could be improved but didn't negatively affect our stay: A dishwasher is the only thing that's missing in the villa. Cleaning could be a bit more thorough - there were some cobwebs and small bits of mold in the showers, but this didn't bother us, as overall the villa was pretty clean. The additional fee for heating the jacuzzi water is quite high, which we didn't expect. (I imagine in the summer you don't need to heat the jacuzzi, and in that case it's free to use, but in October the water wasn't warm enough to be used without heating unfortunately.) The Issos beach is not the nicest on Corfu, but great for kids, since it is sandy and with shallow water.

The villa is close to the beach and has a beautiful, spacious garden and outdoor areas and there is everything you might need for a relaxing holiday. The pool is a good size and it's cleaned regularly. The villa is located in a very quiet area, which we appreciated, even though it also means you do need a car for most places (not a problem, but something to be aware of when booking). Communication with the host was smooth and easy, she was very friendly and helpful at all times. We loved the generous fruit basket and wine upon arrival. The beds were comfortable, we slept well. There is a good taverna 2 minutes from the villa. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

The only thing that would have been handy would have been a pair of scissors but everything else was absolutely spot on. We couldn’t have asked for more.

We’ve hired many villas over the years, some at a much higher cost than Villa Sand Dune. However the service given by the owners & their meticulous eye to detail made this villa far superior to those we’ve previously hired. The facilities & all of the little extras were so well thought out. Whilst some villa owners see their properties as money makers only, it felt like the owners really cared about their property & really wanted you to feel at home.

Would have benefitted from a dishwasher!

The Villa was excellent! Lovely grounds with seating areas dotted about. Plenty of space outside for playing or relaxing. The pool was lovely and clean and many hours were spent in it having fun! Pool toys were there too which was great. The Villa was very clean and well equipped and the owners left us water, wine and an amazing huge basket of fruit! Sheets and towels were changed mid week. The owners were incredibly helpful and friendly. The tavern a a 2 minute walk down the lane served lovely food, and the beach 10 minutes away has a free car park and was clean and great for families

We spent a wonderful week here with my family and our friends. The house is clean, well laid out and tidy, it satisfies everything to the maximum. The children loved the pool, and we loved the covered terrace. The host, Olga, is very kind and helpful. If you can, visit here, it's worth it.

Amazing location and amazing home. The location of this home is ideal. It’s very close to one of the nicest beaches on the island. (Issos Beach). It’s also steps away from a wonderful taverna. The home has amazing amenities with a pool, jacuzzi, and wonderful outdoor entertaining areas. The hosts are very professional and welcoming. They provided us with amazing welcome snacks. Also, I would like to highlight two things to show what how great hosts Olga and her husband are. Firstly, we noticed the AC in one bedroom was not working. They replied right away ,sent a technician within a few hours and unfortunately the unit could not be repaired. They quickly replaced the unit and had it installed within hours. When we checked out , we received a call from them advising that we left a passport behind. We had not yet noticed and were already near the airport (30 minutes away) , but Olga and her husband delivered it directly to us. If you want to stay in a great location on Corfu Island, in a beautiful vacation home with very professional hosts Villa Sand Dune is the only place to stay! We will definitely be back again in the future.

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and wow!! The villa was absolutely stunning. We all instantly wished we were staying for longer. It has everything you need and more and it's only a short walk to the beach too! You can really see alot of thought and care has been put in to making sure you enjoy your stay. While we didn't meet the host, Olga contacted me before we arrived to ensure we had all the information we needed, she was lovely over text. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Highly recommend.

The villa was amazing! Its location is very private, but everything you need is still close enough. There is plenty of room to park your car or even a few cars. We enjoyed that the villa was very spacious with 3 separate rooms which all opened up to the terrace. The large beds were comfortable. The terrace is large with plenty of seating opportunities to enjoy your morning coffee, sunbathe, eat dinner or watch the evening fireflies buzz around in the bushes. The owners were very friendly, hospitable and helpful. When we first arrived we had fruits, wine and water waiting for us already. We stayed for 2 weeks and the house was cleaned several times during the stay, and the pool was cleaned every other day. The kitchen is very well stocked, with everything you might need. There are also a few good taverns/restaurants nearby. The local tavern about 100m away is a nice little place with great food and reasonable prices. They also deliver to the villa. 😃 If you fancy something more upscale there is a great restaurant in the next village ca 2km away Aperitto Food&More with really amazing food and generous portions, or the second best restaurant on the island Archontiko which is about a 10-minute car ride away and will dazzle you with its amazing views. All in all, it was one of the most amazing villas we have stayed at in the Greek islands.

Bathrooms & wardrobes could do with a little updating. Operating manuals for the house would be very useful ie. A/c in living spaces, hot tub, water. The host is very contactable for any questions but would be better if you didn’t need to. The beach is 500m away and best to stay away for many reasons but that’s another review elsewhere. The village is 3km away and you will need a car.

The villa offered great privacy, the pool and outside amenities were great. Nice spacious rooms with good kitchen and living spaces. Great property for families or groups. A taverna just down the road 50m has decent food and good for a visit or two.

Highly reccomend this villa! The inside is comfortable and well stocked with kitchen supplies, food, books, games and even a medical kit. The garden and pool area are beautiful; very clean and well lit at night. The grounds are expansive with a large variety of lounge areas - we loved the outdoor speaker system! The hosts are really friendly and helpful - they prepared a welcome package for us and went out of the way to accommodate our needs. The beach is a 10 min walk away, and shops are approx 20 mins away. We had a fantastic time!

Where to begin! The villa is fantastic, in a great location with everything that you need. Our hosts were amazing, so thoughtful and generous with all of the lovely additional touches, such as fresh fruit on arrival, lovely gifts left for us, to exceptional communication throughout our stay. We had two cleans during our 10 night stay, and the days/timings for these were mutually agreed. Each bedroom has air-conditioning, making nights comfortable in the heat. The villa is only 600m from beautiful Issos beach, with a fab taverna (Amofolos) only 50m away. We will definitely be back!

Solar heated water not always enough for 8 people but on warm days it is not a big issue.

Refreshments waiting for us on arrival (water, juice, wine, snacks, fruit basket), hepful owner, good communication, nice appartment and garten, jacuzzi, pool. Close to Issos beach.
