We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this place! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The accommodation was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was clear in every corner – from the cozy rooms to the well-equipped amenities. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the host. So warm, kind, and genuinely caring! Our host gave us very detailed directions on how to get to the monasteries in Meteora and also recommended great places to eat and other sights to visit in the area. The property has a beautiful garden with stunning views of the surrounding nature and nearby natural landmarks. There’s a clean, refreshing pool that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring — and to top it all off, the sweetest cat that made us feel even more at home as vets. The location is peaceful, yet close to everything you need – the perfect base to explore the region. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and we would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

Exceeded our expectation. We booked the room having low expectations from a 3* accomodation, but in reality the room was huge, very clean, everything new ( furniture, appliances) and the host very nice and helpful.

The only thing we missed-as we didn't have a balcony- was some good shadow in the surrounding garden to be able to relax a bit outside in the early afternoon.

We had a great stay at Spilaio at Meteora. The property is located in a very quiet area but, still, close to Kalambaka city and Meteora rocks. There is easy parking availability inside the property. Car is absolutely necessary because there are no restaurants, cafés or other shops in the area. However, the city centre is only a short 10-minute drive away. The rooms are luminous, very clean, pleasantly decorated and have all necessary modern amenities. The balcony has nice view over an ample and beautiful garden. On top of all these it is the hosts. The couple who own and run the property are warm, kind, very helpful. They are also very knowledgeable about Meteora and the greater area and they are always available to provide tips and advice. All in all, a very good choice for those seeking peace on mind and relaxation but still want to be close to the unique attractions of the area.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable ensuite room. We chose to be outside Kalambaka as we had our own transport. A car is definitely needed to stay at this property. It's quiet and the property is surrounded by lawns which guests can use. The reception offers outside picnic benches. We loved the good quality white bed linen and duvets. The room had everything we needed - a fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Mosquito screens on all windows and blackout blinds. The owner and her family looked after our every need. Wonderful people. A breakfast basket was delivered to our room everyday containing brioche, jams and honey etc. Good value for money. Can't fault our stay.

Hostess was really nice, she explained us all the interesting sites, places for food around the place. The installations were exceptional, all clean, all quiet, we surely had a deserved rest!. Sadly we couldn't stay more time but for sure we will return in the future and longer!
