We had a fantastic stay at Spanos apartments …. The property was beautifully renovated and had everything we needed It was clean , comfortable and very spacious!!! It even had a washing machine ! Spanos Rooms is located in the bay of Panteli on the island of Leros, just a 3–5 minute walk from the sea. The rooms are as comfortable as a home and very modernly furnished—everything is truly delightful. But the most important thing is the host, Dimitri. He is incredibly hospitable and does everything he can to ensure your comfort—a true friend. For us, he’s the best friend we have on the island. Everything was great!

The location was amazing. I rented a car but used it less than expected because the apartment is located within a short walk to Platanos, Mike's Bakery, the market, Panteli beach/shopping/restaurants. The owner takes extra effort to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. He takes pride in his business and his property. Having a washer in the apartment saved trips and money to the laundry.

Nothing - all perfect!

Dimitrios gave us a lovely welcome and an upgrade to a room with a balcony with a great view of the castles, windmills, and the sea. The room was spacious with a separate lounge area. Bed was very comfortable, and there was a little kitchen with a big fridge and full cooker. Location was great - a short walk to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bakery, and the beach. Highly recommended!

The location was great, just couples of minutes to Penteli beach. There is a public parking lot just 1 minute away. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. Our host Dimitrios was very friendly and super helpful! We would definitely stay here again if we visit Leros again :)

Everything was perfect. It’s very close to Panteli Beach, and walking between the beach and the apartments was no problem at all. Dimitrios is a very friendly host, and you could feel his support in making sure we had a great holiday. We stayed in a apartment with a balcony and a sea view. The apartment had high ceilings, was spacious, and very clean.

Absolutely nothing. We had a marvellous six days. However future guests should note that the road down to Pandeli beach passes the property, although it is possible to walk via a back road (less than ten minutes). Both are uphill at the end of the day! We found taxis more expensive than other islands. Check the price before travelling as we discovered that we were overcharged on the two occasions that we took a taxi.

Everything - the spectacular views, the space and comfort of the apartment, the staff, the handy supermarket and bus stop……. The whole experience was excellent. Our host Dimitris was outstanding. He speaks perfect English, was friendly, polite, helpful, always available by phone, dealt with any problems promptly (we had a small leak in the bathroom and the plumber mended it within hours). We visited the Merikia War Museum which is definitely worth seeing, although quite difficult to reach as the public bus only goes as far as Lakki. The 360 degree view from the Castle was amazing and a just reward for climbing the 300 plus steps to reach it.

Seriously nothing at all

The location of the property is just excellent - few minutes walk to nearby Pandeli Beach with good fish taverns or to Platanos with cafes, bars, supermarket, bakery or taxi stop. It is also a walking distance to the port of Agia Marina with more cafes, restaurants and little shops (I would suggest taking the taxi though if you are coming from the ferry with the luggage - the road is partially uphill). My room had an amazing view on the castle and the sea which I enjoyed everyday in the morning when having the breakfast and in the evening relaxing after the day. The room was quiet, equipped with all kitchen amenities I needed and a washing machine which is a treasure when you travel for longer. Wifi and AC worked really well, too. I can echo the reviews about the owner, Dimitris, who welcomed me on the arrival and shared useful tips about the island. He was very hospitable during the entire time, assuring my stay on the island was as smooth as possible. I will definitely chose this place again and would recommend to my friendsy, if planning a trip to Leros.

To be honest we loved everything

The location of Spanos Apartments was perfect. It was 5 minutes walk from the beach and the view was amazing. Apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Very good location, short distance to Pandeli beach or Agia marina. Great communication from the host (this is not the case in every place). Very spacious apartment, balcony a bit narrow but it was fine for a morning coffee. Thank you Dimitris, we enjoyed our stay!
