The door for second bedroom need to be changed, doesn't close properly. You need to change also the bed, was very uncomfortable.

The location is very good, close to the beach and near to center of town.

A washing machine in the room would have been a bonus, but the host was kind enough to let us use the washing machine from the resort.

The room was so nice decorated, super clean and it had everything you could need for cooking/showering/storage. The building has a beautiful teras and back yard to relax in. People there are kind and always greet with a smile, making sure guests are comfortable.

Only drawback was that the AC was blowing directly towards the bed so if you sleep with it on, you risk getting a cold. I do realise that in a small room there aren't many options where to put the AC so not much that can be done.

The host was very polite and friendly, he instructed us where to park, and on the third day (when it's their policy to clean the room), he asked us if everything was okay. :) The location is perfect, it's close to the beach, you can see the sea, but it's not on the main beach street where it's a bit louder due to all of the restaurants and gift shops.

It was very noisy ... there were sounds from every neighbouring room (up and adjacent to ours). If you have trouble sleeping bring your earplugs (that's what saved me).

The location was excellent. We had everything we needed within a hundred meters - food places, coffee shops and most importantly the beach. The staff is very friendly and there was private parking for the guests.

the closet is too small, the bathroom too small, it would be nice to have a broom or a mop, the entrance to the room is directly from the stairs, there is no rack for shoes or anything to wash up to the door. the light didn't work in the small room, but we didn't need it, there is also a curtain missing inside because the Venetian blind is unusable, everything shines as soon as it dawns, but in the main room there are excellent curtains and it gets dark

large terrace on the roof the size of the entire building, on it there are 4 deckchairs and a table with 4 chairs, a lot of space. the apartment is on the roof and is the only one on that floor, so privacy is guaranteed as well as peace. towels white as snow and fragrant. you can see the sea from the terrace, the shop and the bakery are very close, as are the restaurants

Only 1 night table. Some of the towels were with old marks and holes. During the peak evening hours there is low pressure on the water, but this is an issue for the whole village.

The location is very close to the beach and the shopping and taverns area, but still not exposed to the noise. The accommodation was great and met our expectations (the pictures and the info on the site are very accurate). We had the ground floor studio with a view to the garden (at the back of the house), big enough for 2 adults, and since it is the only room on the ground floor, we had the entire garden for ourselves. The studio has a terrace with table, chairs and a big umbrella, even if it benefits from natural shadow. The bed is comfy, the bathroom with a shower is very spacious, the kitchenette has a fridge, a top stove, a kettle, a coffee maker and all the necessary pots, dishware and cutlery. Room cleaning, linen and towels changed every 3 days. You can also get fresh towels upon request. What makes the location more special is the landlady, Elizabeth, who is a very nice, friendly, always smiling person, and always there ready to help with your requests, if any. Thank you, Elizabeth, for making our stay so pleasant! The shops are very close, there are many supermarkets and bakeries, and also many other shops that sell clothes, beachwear, footwear, souvenirs. There are also plenty of restaurants you can choose from. For bigger shopping you can get to the town of Katerini or to Paralia Katerini, which are both very close.

Not so good: Space - the room is very small; so is the closet; there is very little space for your luggage too. Garbage - you only get a single garbage bag and they clean your room every 3 days; if you take the trash out yourself you won't have any extra garbage bags. Cutlery - cutlery is available but a normal knife would be useful to have. Terrible: Noise - The noise isolation is very very VERY bad. This is mainly due to the doors having a big space between them and the floor. The space is so big that you see the light coming out of the rooms. You would hear every single thing that happens in the hallways and on the stairs. Combine the poor isolation with noisy guests and you can understand why this is annoying. They should isolate the doors and also put some signs for the guests to keep quiet.

Great: Location - the location is very good, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. AC - the air conditioning functioned very well and it's free.(its positioning towards the bed was not so great, though). Bathroom - the bathroom, even though it is small, is clean and the shower cabin is large and enclosed; also very good water pressure; soap, shower gel and shampoo are included; towels are changed every 3 days. Good: Reception - reception available daily in the first half of the day. Yard - there are tables and chairs in the hotel's yard. Balcony - large balcony with drying rack and table with chairs. Sunshades - sun curtains for both balcony and the room windows. Parking - free private parking is available a few streets from the location. WIFI - free wifi available.
