The road outside is very noisy. You will need ear plugs if a light sleeper.There is not much equipment to prepare food, but the basics 2 plates, 2 cups 1 saucepan, 1 frying pan. There is no kettle or chopping board, we lived without this. There were no cups when we arrived and the owner bought us some quickly when we noticed, which was nice. Could really do with a bit more kitchen stuff.

The apartment is lovely, very smart, comfy bed, you can walk everywhere easily. The port is a 5 min walk. The owner let us drop our bags off early before checking in, and then allowed us to check in from 1pm so thar was amazing.

The only thing was the kitchen utensils were a little lacking, there was no tea towel, paper towel, no sharp knife ect. If you’re expecting to cook all of your meals at the property you could be a little disappointed

It was so clean, modern and spacious. The layout with the loft bed made it feel like there was much more room. The bed was very large and comfortable and there was a large tv, air conditioning and remote controlled blinds

The neighbourhood The shower needs some work to drain properly but Chris has that planned A few more amenities like tea towels or water in the fridge would be nice but Chris is happy to provide anything you ask for It is a ground floor so can be noisy The control for the blinds is probably connected to the next door flat as it might open/close by itself Internet wifi is not very fast but we found that problem in many places on the ionian islands

Chris is extremely helpful and nice!! We had a very late flight out so he kept our luggage in a safe place and return them when we were ready to go. He checked on us and always attended to any request with a smile and patience. The place is new and clean. The neighbourhood is convenient to get out of town by car and 20’ walk from the old part but not nice

Our experience was disappointing right from the first night — the shower drain was completely clogged, causing the bathroom to flood and making it unusable. Unfortunately, the host was very difficult to reach and did not resolve the issue promptly. As a result, we were left without a functioning bathroom for nearly three days, which significantly affected our stay.

Comfortable beds, has air-conditioning which is good for the summer! Location was very convenient.

Check in was stressful, I called and messaged the host multiple times on the day of check in and hours later he responded while I was outside the property waiting for him to arrive. The host stated that there would be easy on street parking, this is not the case. The apartment is on a very busy and small one way street where all of the traffic funnels through. When checking into the property I was immediately disappointed. While the furniture and decor was exactly as displayed in the photos, the location of the property was terrible. The property is on a very busy and very small street, with a huge amount of noisy traffic right outside. You can hear everything. There is no natural night, only one wall in the whole apartment has windows and they face out on the very busy street, and due to being on street level there are blinds and reflective mirrors on the windows meaning that the apartment is very dark. Aside from the noise, and the darkness the real killer is the lack of fresh air. Being on such a noisy busy street, you can't open the windows as it becomes super noisy and you're on the ground level with lots of people walking passed. This means the apartment is incredibly stuffy with zero fresh air. This apartment would be okay for one night to break at trip, or maybe two nights if you're out all day exploring the island. As a digital nomad working remotely I was due to work from the apartment and stay for almost two weeks. It was completely impossible to do that. Normally high ratings on Booking are reliable, and I had such high expectations from this apartment. Unfortunately I was deeply disappointed. After check in I called the owner and told him I could not stay, I left the keys and found alternative accommodation. I was disappointed that even after a refund request the owner decided not to refund any of the stay, which was unfair as it was a long stay and the apartment was not fit to stay in.

The furniture is of a tasteful and modern standard as is the internal decoation.

- Unfortunately, only one toilet roll was provided, and both coffee machines were dirty, with the Nespresso machine full of old moldy capsules. - The balustrade from the bedroom to the stairs is absolutely lethal ! - The overall cleanliness was disappointing. We found an old brown sponge in the kitchen, and most concerning, the bed sheets had stains that appeared to be excrement, which was extremely unpleasant. - The shower was particularly problematic: the paint is flaking, and the shower head was in a disgusting state, which made it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, it leaked all over the bathroom floor. - The constant noise from a barking dog nearby was disruptive throughout our stay. - The TV had no reception or internet, and we couldn’t modify the settings to fix it. - While there were knives in the kitchen, there were no proper cutting knives, which made preparing meals difficult. There were also no bin bags provided for cleaning up. - The street outside is quite noisy, so light sleepers should keep that in mind.

We recently stayed at this property, and while the flat has a lot of potential, there were unfortunately several issues that affected our experience. - The decoration is really lovely, just as shown in the photos, and the flat could be fantastic with a bit more attention to detail.

The location was great, very easy to walk around everywhere in Zante Town. As i arrived early, I was able to drop my bags off and also leave my bags after check out too as my flight was not till later. The wifi was playing up when I got there, but the owner promptly came and fixed it. All new and beautiful amenities. A lot of space.

it was a bit load outside but this is because you are in downtown. We didnt feel that safe walking in the streets but this could apply to all over the city. We stayed only one night.

very clean, new and modern apartment and nice looking. Very close to the beach and stores. The staff very friendly and responsive. The place exceeded my expectations.

Didn't find any minuses

Very beautiful, modern and stylish apartment well equipped for rest, it has fully equipped kitchen, big TV, air conditioning, and very beautiful bathroom. If I go back to Zante I would choose it again. It's around 12 min by walk from the port and 20 min by walk from main square. Bars, restaurants and shops are everywhere so it doesn't take much time to find what you need. Near we had very good supermarket and also found 2 fresh fish markets where we bought fish to cook at home. Special thanks to the host for letting us stay for extra 1.5 hours to check out! Definitely recommend this place.

The apartment are perfect ,I will come back definitely. The Onwer are very agradable and help me with many things. The place are very central in the heart of zakynthos. Very clean, revised built and very nice. I will come back 100% 🤗

The house was very nice furnished and very clean. You have everything you need for your vacation. I felt really comfortable. The communication with the host was very easy and fast, check-in and check-out very easy too. He was very helpful and even advised me a rental service for a scooter. I got the scooter delivered on the next day, was picked up the day before I was leaving. House is in a great location, walking distance to anything you might need, shop just around the corner. I can only recommend this accomodation.

Nothing bothered us.

Everything in apartment was new, clean, the location was great. Our host was so kind, flexible and he would fulfill our every wish. We definitely recommend this apartment for a vacation in Zakynthos.

The only bad thing is that the water from the faucets and the shower is a little salty. That's not the apartment's fault but the desalination system on island.

Everything! The apartment the apartment is completely new, modern, well equipped, and comfortable. It is located very close to several facilities in the centre and the port. For those who are going to rent a car or motorcycle, there are several places around to park on the street. The owner is very friendly and helpful, he gave me several great tips.

The location is perfect in the center of zakynthos,town near of super market rental cafes bar and everything you can find downtown. Parking also is very easy to find. About the apartments are brand new, I was amazed by the quality of the mattress that is something rare to find, furthermore place is brand new bath also is really nice. Overall 10/10
