The hotel and my room were clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, very close to the airport and you can reach it using the local bus.

I had higher expectations for a 4 stars hotel and for the price but I was disappointed. -It was very hot in the room and not breathable air from my perspective. We have opened the door to the balcony to bring some air in the room. Also we had to sleep with the airconditioning on the whole night otherwise I felt suffocated -The bathroom was not that clean -There was theoretically shower gel in the bathroom but the recipient was empty -No disposable slippers for the guests

A bit of a problem with the hot water resolved on the second morning.

Lovely staff. Reception open for late check in. Big room with balcony. Buffet breakfast. Well behaved, well fed cats - no begging!😽. Good shower.

Can’t find anything negative to say apart from a bit more vegetarian options for breakfast would be appreciated…..maybe some more cereals or yogurt!

Fabulous hotel so close to the airport which made life so much easier as just a quick taxi ride from the airport which cost about 10 euros. 24 hour check in was so handy, staff very friendly and helpful and a lovely little pool to cool down in. It didn’t feel like we were in the middle of a busy city! The buffet breakfast made life a lot easier in the morning with a good selection of pastries and hot food.

Just over night stay for the next destination so nothing to complain about.

Close from Heraklion airport and convenient for the midnight flight arrival. Yet the taxi cost 15 Euro. The reception was open all night. My room was OK and was rather spacious. I didn't know that there was an air conditioner until next morning. There was no electric water kettle so I used my own portable electric water heater. There was of course a shower but without curtain so I didn't take shower. I didn't want to splash water all over the bathroom. I didn't eat breakfast. All in all it was an OK stay but nothing more than that.

Would be nice if pool stayed open until bit later

This a great hotel to stay at particularly if you are flying out early or arriving late. very close to airport lovely pool does close at 7pm. Great Breakfast lots of variety. Staff very helpful and has a good area to park a car. Food market on a Tuesday amazing fruit etc. pharmacy and supermarket really close. Staff super helpful. 11am checkout is great too

The water in the bathroom is non potable. The restaurant has limited choices.

The location is conveniently near the airport. The limited service restaurant opens early so you can get coffee and a light meal before an early flight. There was a nice swimming pool. There is on site parking.

Location not brilliant but close to airport , plus even though not the fault of hotel , pedestrian pathways were constantly blocked by parked cars or bikes or in disrepair

Limited parking space in the hotel parking lot, also other cars were parked terribly, so there couldve fit more cars into the lot.

Beautiful hotel, good breakfast, pool looked good and late check-in and check-out were great!
