The location is perfect, staff is really kind and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, the view from it amazing. The pool area is also clean and tidy, perfect to relax.

The breakfast served to the rooms is very basic, I would have expected more for this price.

We have just returned from a week from the Skiathos Living & had a wonderful time ! This complex is in prime location & whilst lovely & quiet its minutes from the bars restaurants, bus service & marina. Staff are really lovely & welcoming & accommodation is good. Rare to find a pool in this area as well. Also to note there is no bar by pool but the vending machine for drinks & snacks was good price & not overcharging. The kitchen is very basic & I had hoped there would be a toaster but overall a great gem of a place. Opposite is a great supermarket so easy to get few supplies in. Our daughters not just once but twice left things like new goggles by the pool area only to find them there in the morning - relief - a trustworthy place. Overall a lovely apartment!

I would have liked a toaster & black out lined curtains as its very bright early am. Otherwise a lovely apartment!

The location was perfect! Close to the bus station, marina and the town center. Room was spacious and had wonderfull views. The pool was the cherry on top with magnificent views overlooking the entire bay. Staff was super friendly, breakfast was worth the money

Few details not really worth mentioning

Location, breakfast, great view - good sized rooms. Great staff we felt looked after well. Great pool that we used a lot.

Quality bed mattresses. Breakfast was lovely but not varied and too much. Kitchen facilities could be better.

Spacious apartment with huge living area, kitchen and 2 good sized bedrooms. A balcony and veranda from the main bedroom and 2 bathrooms (we had a 2 bedroom family suite). Air conditioning in living room and main bedroom but wasn't needed all the time as the apartmemt was so cool. Lovely view over the harbour. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool with available sunbeds most days. Amazing location- 5 minute walk from the port and town. We found a back exit from the hotel and liked walking through the backstreets to town. 2 minutes from the main bus stop. A large supermarket 2 minutes up the street.

The kitchen could have been better equipped as we had to ask for a couple of things such as a sharp knife for cutting up fruit. The pool area could get busy and because the sunbeds are all double that made it harder to get a sunbed. The pool area starts getting shady quite early evening.

Lovely staff. Location was really good. Nice and chilled around the pool area.

The rooms were fine but could do with modernising. The description of having a kitchenette with utilities was misleading. A toaster, microwave, hob or toastie-maker would’ve made it a lot better.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was also a good size and plenty of space for all

I’m sorry to say that if you’re in a room right on the front the location is not good. There is the constant noise from the traffic as it is on the main road to town, you are just unable to relax at all in your room without closing the doors. In addition the 2 single beds in the twin room were very uncomfortable.

Very close to airport ,which was a big bonus for us, having an early morning flight, but also close to the port making it easy to have an evening walk but also dine.

Not receiving the room we booked, but “an upgrade” on 2 levels which looked very old and dusty. No insect nets at the windows which led to many flies , but also a small scorpio!!!!! getting into the room, thanks God my son saw something moving near the bed during the night that we could stop it, but imagine having no sleep after that. This also meant we had to sleep with the AC on, though during evenings one could sleep with windows opened as in June it is not that hot. No reception after 8pm meaning that if uou have any issues, you have to call someone, but there is no one offering support at the place. As we had an early flights we asked for a taxi to be booked at a certain hour but it never showed up, fortunately the road is linking the port with the airport so it is easy to stop a taxi. The ahotel is also up on a hill and it has many steps to be climbed, making it very difficult when booking for more days, and especially with luggage or young children.

Wonderful place, the staff are very helpful and it's just a stone's throw from everything

Anyone with mobility issues should note that there are a lot of stairs from the street to the hotel entrance, and no ramp or lift

Very large 2 bed apartment over two floors with two balconies. Everything you needed was there. Pool was gorgeous and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and lovely views. Breakfast was served on a tray and was lovely.

Not much, it was great. There are a lot of steps up but the hosts helped us with the bags.

We spent 2 weeks at Skiathos Living. I was a little nervous after some previous reviews but they’ve maybe made some improvements as we loved it and would definately return. We had one of the big 2 bed apartments which was very spacious. Cleaners came in daily and frequently left clean towels. Location perfect for town and bus. The most amazing views.

Nothing major… Bit dated in places - beds and some furniture could do with an upgrade. A small pool bar would be nice.

The breakfast was plentiful and filled us up to our evening meal . Arrived every morning on time to our room . The location of Skiathos living is perfect - just a short walk to the supermarket and the main port , town and restaurants- yes there are steps but it didn’t faze up for the lovely views we had from the accommodation- the staff were so helpful carrying our luggage when we arrived and when we left . Also so close to the airport - loved seeing the planes come in / take off - no noise at night once doors are closed to the apartments 😊

Our only criticism was the shower - a little tired and being hand held was a bit of a faff but we all survived and I would recommend to others to stay there.

Clean rooms and pool area, although some sunbeds had a bit of staining. Big balcony. Location good for buses.

On a very busy road so traffic noise quite loud. Air con insufficient to cool mezzanine level beds. Price was high so would've expected nicer kitchen and bathroom. Fridge freezer was very iced up.

Great property with huge rooms, beautiful pool and in the perfect location. Only a 5 minute walk from the main town which I always prefer as it is a lot quieter than staying right in the heart. We loved our room which was more like a house. We were not expecting such a large two bedroom two bathroom two story “villa” style room. Staff were amazing, Maro was so lovely and truly made us feel at home. Special shout out to Christos for his warm and kind nature and all his help with bags etc. It was also amazing to have breakfast delivered to the room daily as opposed to attending continental communal buffet

I would absolutely stay here again, the only pain point is the stairs to reach the property as it is on quite a high hill. Luckily the staff are more than happy to carry heavy suitcases up to the main reception where there is an elevator to reach rooms. My only other small complaint would be that there are only sheer curtains in the bedrooms, so there was a lot of light in the mornings which made it hard to sleep in.

Very tired and run down. Pool area was mucky with lots of hair around the pool. No tea and coffee facilities in the room. No plugs next to the beds and really uncomfortable bed. Like rock. Great location though but just very tired and needs updating.
