Stayed in Villa Europa - the villa was lovely, spacious and very clean. The maids were available to clean the villa, patios and pool area daily. The view was fantastic looking across to Skiathos Town, Skopolos, and different boats in the sea moored up daily including cruise liners and tall ships - glad I took a decent pair of travel binoculars to view all of this plus seeing the planes land and take off regularly was a bonus. Villa is east facing so great for sunrise, we spent time at the villa in the morning and visited the beaches in the afternoon. Definitely need a car but the road and access to the villa were fine. Best walking access down to the main road in the daytime is to drop down the small dirt path on the 3rd turn up from the villa, this brings you out close to the Hidden Gem, then go down the path to the side of Villa Elias - This will bring you down close to bus stop 7, bus into Skiathos €2 and then a taxi back after a few wines and beers €15 plus tip. Would definitely stay here again if available. 👍

Apartment was perfect for the two of us and the private pool so gorgeous. John the manager was so helpful and always on hand and the ladies that cleaned did such a good job and were lovely. You are ten minutes drive into Skiathos town which was full of shops, bars and lovely restuarants. There are many supermarkets nearby as well as stunning beaches.

We were staying with my family. We were super happy with the apartment we rented, very clean, the owner very responsive. The staff cleaned every day. I would gladly come back.

Having to descend 57 steps to the apartment and a further 18 steps to the plunge pool. No privacy by the apartment or the pool. Virtually no storage for dry food and very limited food preparation space. Situated on a steep site so vehicle recommended, access road has very tight bends.

It wasn’t a problem for us but it could be for others, the drive to the villa is steep and windy.

It was simply fabulous, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, soft towels, beautiful furnishings with stunning views.

Sadly it was lacking in any privacy. Perhaps some screening in places would be better. Also needs warning markers on patio steps as as older guests hard to see at night. Also difficult to get in and out of the lovely dipping pool

Living space in the White Gea Villa is limited for more than 2 people although this accommodates 4 adults. Bathroom cramped but outside space with private pool with spectacular views far makes up for this.

Beautiful setting with spectacular views. Clean and well run property. Staff very friendly. Air conditioning and ceiling fans work perfectly in the heat. TVs in every room and Netflix/Youtube available. Very premium feel.

Beautiful villa with lovely views! We loved using the bbq, and found a good supermarket with lovely seasoned meat. This was our first time staying in a villa and loved doing everything at our own pace and having the pool to ourselves. Car is definitely essential as the other reviews say but we always like a car to explore anyway so no problem for us.

- We have just returned from Skiathos Gea Villas, family of 3 staying in Villa Kallisto for 12 nights - It is a 2 storey, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa - It was spotlessly clean and the cleaners came in every day - It has an equipped kitchen and large fridge/ freezer, enough food prep space for the 3 of us but if 6 people stayed (the villa is advertised as a 6 berth) then I can see this would be difficult - It has a balcony off the bedrooms and a terrace area with a small pool. Again, this was big enough for the 3 of us but would be a squeeze for 6 people - Hairpins bends to get down the drive were fun but we soon got used to them! There is parking on site - We loved its remote and quiet location but you would definitely need to hire a car if staying here. Other than Anastasia’s there isn’t really anywhere to walk out to in an evening. Would recommend Anastasia’s for a nice sunset, good service and delicious food - This didn’t bother us but something to be aware of. There are 7 villas on this complex and all can be quite overlooked by other guests - Would recommend a visit to Agia Paraskevi beach, this was our favourite out of the 5 we visited and is a 10 minute drive with plenty of parking - Skiathos town is a 10/ 12 minute drive - Save the best until last- the view from the terrace and balcony. Just wow!!! 😍 - Thank you John and team, we loved our stay at Villa Kallisto

Just be aware that access to the villas is some distance away, up a very steep hill from the main road with some very tight turns. If you have a rental car this likely won't be much of a problem. It's worth the journey for the view in the villas!

What we did not realise when booking is that it is quite far from everything so you either need a taxi or a car here. We love walking and tried walking to places at first but the elevation makes it a hike every time.

Overall a fantastic stay, attentive staff, good quality and amazing scenery. We had a very nice time in this somewhat remote stay overlooking Skiathos Town.

We stayed at White Gea villa. And it was quite small. We are a family of 4 and have two teenage boys. There are two small double bedrooms and there is no way our teenage boys would share a double bed so one of them had to stay on the sofa in the living room/ communal area. A twin room would have been much better. We should have read the description more carefully and probably book a larger villa. But it didn’t spoil our stay. We still had an amazing time and would happily stay again.

It was lovely.

The view was stunning. You need a car to stay there and make sure its a small car as the roads are tight. The apartment was fine for us. It wouldn't suit people wanting to play loud music or rowdy times. The owner is charming and the cleaners diligent.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. It was perfect! However, be prepared to walk if you don’t drive or want to get taxis.

The outdoor area with the swimming pool was amazing. Could’ve stayed out there all day every day and been happy to do so! All the staff were lovely and did the best job.

Nothing - would definitely stay again Just a note that the villa is situated high on a hill and it is a 20 - 30 min walk to shop and beach. We rented a car locally which gave us great flexibility. A 4 wheel drive is best if going to explore widely as some of the rural roads are tracks.

The outside area was fantastic with great pool and terrace areas with beautiful views. Inside was clean and well equipped with air conditioning. Easy access to Skiathos town via bus or boat taxi and well situated for exploring the island.
