The location is excellent, in the middle of the beach and overlooking a beautiful garden right in front of the beach. We will miss walking up to that view. Rania and her family are so welcoming and will help with anything. George who manages the property and the beach area is fantastic from booking restaurants, researching trips and generally offering to help in anyway - 5 star service and support.

A beautiful apartment,spacious and everything you need with a lovely veranda to sit and enjoy the view. Just a short walk away from the lovely old town and port where there are lovely restaurants and shops. George was very welcoming when we arrived and gave great recommendations for restaurants, how to rent a boat and discovering more of the island. (Bus brilliant for beaches) He was on hand which is really nice and we were very well looked after.

The position was perfect. Before arriving I had read numerous reviews and on each one George was mentioned, I can confirm that they were all true, George went over and beyond to assist in absolutely everything! I would definitely recommend these villas.

Fantastic Location , clean tidy ,well equipped ,didn’t need for anything . just round the corner from the harbour ,beautiful beach great local restaurants , the stay was made all the more better by George who couldn’t do enough for us. The property was perfect. The property had all we needed and more. Stunning location, only seconds from the private beach, a real taste of paradise. George, who played “host” greeted us, he was extremely friendly, snd super helpful. He told us the best places to eat, drink and visit, and would checked in on us throughout our stay.

The apartment is at a great location - right on the beach with a beautiful garden. There are restaurants close by - and you can walk into town for additional options or to catch a boat trip. The Manager - George - was very helpful. He recommended restaurants, including the Twilight Taverna which has beautiful outdoor seating overlooking the sea. George made a reservation to make sure I had a great table. George was an excellent concierge in addition to managing the apartments and the swimming area. The sun beds are just steps from the apartment. I loved swimming in the calm and warm waters (Aegean Sea) at this beach. The apartment includes a nice kitchen. I bought some groceries, and it was lovely having breakfast at the dining table on the apartment’s large balcony. The apartment is quiet at night with nice linens. So it is a great place to rest after an active or lazy day at the beach.

Being very picky - maybe a some more soft seating on the balcony would have been nice.

Location was perfect, right on the beach and walking distance into Skiathos Town. The owner and manager were very friendly, hospitable and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped, absolutely stunning inside and views are amazing.

Our only negative would be it would have been nice to have some water in the fridge on arrival and basic Essentials in the kitchen like salt, oil and pepper for cooking.

The apartment was beautiful, brand new, modern and clean. The location on the beach was perfect, the room had two balcony’s which we loved, the outdoor furniture was so comfortable a great place to relax in the sun. Our host giorgos was very helpful and lovely nothing was to much trouble. We would definitely stay again

Just back from a week long stay at this brilliant apartment - it is beautifully presented and spotlessly clean and the view is amazing. Giorgos was a superb and very helpful host - making us feel very welcome and always available to answer any questions. The location is brilliant - we visited most beach bars and restaurants in Megali Ammos (all no more than a 5 minute walk from this apartment) and all were very good but we would particularly recommend Cafe Del Mar (perfect for pre dinner drinks), Seferi (delicious food run by the best Greek lady ever), Achinos (great for drinks - fabulous DJ most nights), Exantas (great for breakfast). Skiathos town is walking distance away - lots of shops & bars/restaurants to choose from but we had everything we needed in Megali Ammos. Lovely clean beach and plenty of sunbeds available too. Highly recommended. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

gCommunication was great, Georgis met us when we arrived and was extremely helpful and warm. The locations is perfect with restaurants just feet away and walking distance to the most charming town. No need to rent a car from this place. It was a “ home” feel with a beautiful garden overlooking the ocean.
