We highly recommend this property. It turned out to be the perfect place to stay after arriving in Greece. The friendly and attentive staff thoroughly briefed us on the room's contents. The private pool was fantastic. The view from the pool was wonderful. The covered terrace was perfect.

We have just come home after staying for two weeks in Deamaris Hotel. The hotel was perfect - great views, great location, ten minutes walk from the harbour and very quiet. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean with fresh towels and lovely linen. The bed was comfortable and Molton Brown toiletries and Nespresso pods also helped. Breakfast set us up perfectly each day with a wide range of choice and really added to our experience, whilst enjoying perfect views of the bay. Christina and her team of lovely staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The small private beach and terrace sun lounge area under the olive trees provided the perfect idyllic space to relax. ( Daily fresh beach towels were provided ) - a perfect setting to watch the yachts and boats passing by in front of you. Fabulous swimming pool. A fabulous holiday ! Thanks to all the staff ! We will return one day!

Don't take big bags with you, there's alot of stairs and you will have to carry your bags through it. Possibly the only downside

Couldn't get a drink in the hotel after 6pm so you need to buy your own provisions for the evening. I wasn't aware of this.

I’ve been to Sivota many times and have tried a handful of different accommodation. This is by far the best in the area. Looks just like the photos if not better, no children which is a bonus and located in a very quiet area. The breakfast is fantastic with a choice of continental or omelette/eggs and so on. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Met some other lovely couples during our visit by the pool which was a rarity because it’s usually so quiet there! Short walk into town although we had a scooter and car rental. Easy access to the beach. We will be back ! 🇬🇷

Not ideal for anyone who struggles with steps!

Ideal location, private small beach/sea swimming. Within walking distance from Sivota harbour and tavernas. Very comfortable accommodation with outdoor seating. Modern shower with bath robes and slippers and high quality toiletries.

The hill and steps leading to the swimming area were uncomfortable, especially in the hot month of July. Additionally, the narrow road to the hotel makes driving stressful.

Nothing, other than a lot of steps! But did not detract from the amazing stay. Steep hill to town but used car due to heat so no issue!
