Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

SwedenThe beverages over all were not the best unfortunately. Would have been great if there were more alternatives and higher quality. As well as the cleaning of the smallest of the kids pool which was dirty all week.
New fresh hotel rooms, good cleaning service, great staff, and very kids friendly 😊

United KingdomBar staff were absolutely amazing, made us feel very at home and like we didn't want to leave. The reception team were very knowledgeable and the restaurant team were extremely helpful and considerate. The hotel was nice, food was good, great location close to bus routes and not far from lovely beaches and shops. However, it really was the people that made this trip exceptional.

FinlandFood got a little bit repetative after couple of days - all was ok, but since you make food for masses, it needs to please everyone, so there was no great taste experiences and you could get drinks only in small plastic cups, so we rather went elsewhere for drinks and dinner. Older estaurant captain with mustache was so into his work and rules and howered over his staff, that in moments he seemed even angry and created uncomftable athmosphere in restaurant and it reflected the eating experience. He also scoulded needlessly customers, also children in manner that came of arrogant. Plus side of his behavior was that he probaböy was the reason why restaurant was so cleand and organized.
The staff cleaned after messy all inclusive guest tirelessly. Pools were beautiful and our room with our own tiny splunge pooll was espesially lovely. Staff at reception, room cleaning, busboys and minimarket were extra kind and welcoming. . The small waterpark and arraged foamparty and circus performanssi were top par. We realised that maybe we are not all inclusive type of people, but that is more of a note to guest behavior than hotel services, which were great.

AustraliaThe pools closed early so there really wasn't anything the kids could do. It wasnt close to the beach or the city. Had to pay extra to use the tennis and soccer field.
The kids loved the pools. It was all inclusive food and drinks and icecream. They liked the circus that was on one night.

GermanyWe didn't enjoy the food very much but I guess it is a matter of taste. For us a lot of the soups were far too salty, a lot of the foods were very oily and all in all you could really feel that it was "all inclusive" food and does not have the same quality as restaurant food. If the food were improved, it would be the perfect hotel for us.
Clean hotel, nice staff, good beaches nearby, clean pool, entertainment schedule every evening.

DenmarkNice family and kids friendly hotel. The staff were helpful and very accommodating. Location was good too, Chania city 10mins by taxi, and there's a beach within 5-10mins walk. Different cuisine theme every day 👍There is also a mini market inside the village hotel and it was a plus for us 👌

MaltaAll inclusive package - soft drinks are included but are the local ones - not the real coca cola. The cocktails included in the all inclusive - nothing special. To go to our room there was a flight of stairs and some more stairs since it was 1st floor. Should indicate whether we want to choose ground floor or 1st floor. Too much heat in restaurant. No air condition and not much fans. Umbrellas should be bigger. For more shade Too many children with all kinds of swimming lilos, tyres etcc in All the pools. No long mirror in room. Hotel is quite close to a bus stop but going to old town you have to go down the road for the bus stop and obviously coming back you have to come up the road from bus stop to hotel. If you dont walk much it will be difficult to walk in the sun. Same for the closest beach. It is down the road from hotel. Only 10 mins walk. But coming back road is quite steep.
The resort is nice. Food is very good. Food and drinks all day

HungaryQuality of drinks is low, especially "juices" and soft drinks. Some of the staff has a passive-agressive attitude that makes you feel that they despise you.
Superb room, modern, stylish, with a balcony facing the children's pool and even some sea view in the background. Great beach nearby. Excellet food quality, great selection, with changing thematics for dinner. Freshly baked pizza and gyros all day. Clown performance was exceptional.

Finland- Compared to many resorts I have been in Greece (and elsewhere) the food was plain, repetitive and almost like cheap lunch restaurant. Theme nights use the same incredience and I fail to find any food that would have been particularly good or impressive. Only one cooking station, otherwise basic small buffet with very limited selection. This is nothing compared to Mitsis resorts or Nana Beach. - Stupid limitations and rules including paying 2eur for pool towel/person in an all inclusive resort..allowed to change these 2eur towels every second day, drinks served either in plastic class or small kids size juice glass. Nothing served to table, all self service..no luggage pickup from rooms ’unless you are unable to carry them’. Very limited all inclusive drink selection but trying to sell premium. General attitude less pleasing compared to actual luxury resorts. - Entertainment quite low quality compared to bigger resorts. Magic show and small circus show were entertaining for kids. No real stage or place, entertainment next to swimming pool during dinner - Dinner ends at 21 but on many nights the cooking starion closed at 20 and many things were already cleaned/finished at 20:30…
- Renovated clean rooms biggest highlight and the small terrace was nice. - Overall level of cleaning - Swimming pools (also well maintained) - Location near several nice beaches with good snorkeling - Outdoor seating in restaurant causes less noise compared to big indoor hall with scraming kids - Ice cream (server twice per day) was high quality - Snack bar (souvlaki, pizza etc), popcorn machine and soft ice were food highlights and not the actual buffet

United KingdomDisliked how many people left towels on all of the sunbeds then wouldn't go and sit on them until 10ish. Would be nice if there was a policy which prevented this from happening e.g if nobody is sitting there for 10mins then the towels get moved so that everybody has a chance to sit next to the pool.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, food was decent

GreeceThe all-inclusive part was poor, the drinks were low quality and cheap shit, like soda, juices, wine, beer and all that tasted fake and cheap. The food was ok, but knowing Greek standards, it was quite poor. Even touristic taverns just outside was better. The common spaces around the pool with sunbeds were way to crowded. The sports facilities (especially the tennis) were also very poor although they charged extra for it.
We liked that the private pool for the one room was enjoyable and seemed clean enough. The property and the garden itself was nice to walk around. The wifi had good signal everywhere.

Cyprus1. No coffee in the rooms 2. No wifi in the rooms 3. Some rooms have very old ACs that need an upgrade 4. In the restaurant, there is no cutleries or water on the tables and you need to go back all the time to bring stuff 5. The so called Kids club is an outside playground area which is pretty hot and almost unusable during the day. 6. You cannot use the safebox in the room for free. It is paid. First time I see that in a hotel :) 7. Entertainment program is lacking
The food and the swimming pools were nice.

United KingdomMy only gripe really is that the all inclusive literally meant the food and the pool. Anything else was extra e.g. to play tennis it was 10 Euros (and with bent rackets and balls that didn't bounce), the pool table was 2 Euros a go. Also, they shut the main pool at 6pm which I think is a bit early in the height of summer
The food was excellent, the staff were very helpful and the pools were good (and clean).
