Everything was great at Simeon’s apartment! We particularly loved the balcony and the view! The location was very convenient for the beach and bus rides to various locations of the island, and we appreciated the cleanliness and overall arrangement of the apartment. Simeon and his family were very gracious hosts.

The only negative was the single beds were extremely hard & it would be nice with extra duvet / covers as only one for 3 beds

The mattresses weren’t the best. I usually like firm mattresses but mine was a bit too hard. My friend felt his mattress wasn’t the most comfortable either. In both cases, it took awhile to get comfortable, but we did sleep.

Great view from the balcony! ! Cleaned daily in the am. Very kind and friendly host. Quiet location yet close to everything. Refrigerator/ kitchenette was a plus. We were upgraded and had beds in two rooms which was great as I snore!

Bathroom and kitchen cupboard doors are a bit squeaky, could do with an oil. It would have been useful to have a chopping board in the kitchenette.

Very clean and spacious apartment with a beautiful 180° view of Kamares from a large balcony. Great location, a 2 minute walk to the beach, bus stop, bakery, shops and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to reach the ferry boarding point. The cleaner came everyday and left a bottle of water for us which was much appreciated. Owners were helpful, friendly and unobtrusive.

The location is truly great. The room had a balcony with the best view possible. It was also very clean and cared for. I could see the whole town, including the harbor, the beach and the mountains across town. Truly the best view! The best part of my stay was meeting the owner Simeon and his family. They are welcoming, helpful and attentive to the visitor's needs. I really enjoyed my stay!

The only downside was that our neighbors smoked, but it is not hotels fault.

The location was absolutely perfect. The owner is super nice, and room was little, but still it had everything you need. They provided water and plenty of coffee capsules, which is not that common in Greek island hotels.

The host was extremely polite and friendly, the place was very clean with a regular cleaning schedule and towel changes. The view from the apartment was exceptional with a clear view towards the beach. 3 minute walk from the port, 1 min walk away from the beach and the restaurants. Upon checkout we were allowed to leave our luggage in the reception and pick it up before departure. 10 out of 10, an excellent choice for couples and families.

Simeon apartments were magical. Great rooms, very clean, spacious and had a fantastic view. The property owner (Simeon) was so accomodating and friendly. I highly recommend these apartments and location. I will definitely stay again.

I loved the amazing view to Kamares beach. The room was perfect, very clean, modern, with a comfortable bed, nice shower, it had a refrigerator and outdoors chairs and table to enjoy the view. Simeon is a wonderful host and so are is parents. I hope to return soon, I loved my stay there.

Our stay at Simeon rooms & apartments was phenomenal - the location blew us away. I would highly recommend this accommodation for the balcony view alone, not to mention how spacious and clean the space was. Simeon’s hospitality was excellent - he was easily accessible if we had any questions and picked us up from the port on arrival and dropped us off on departure free of charge. Outstanding service!

We had asked for 2 rooms to sleep in 2 different rooms. But one was also the kitchen + entrance and quite dark. the kids beds there were not very comfortable.

The host is super nice. The terrace overlooking the bay, beach, harbor, main street is nice and north-facing, which is nice if it's hot! The location up 90 steps from the main street gives good views.
