I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Serra Exclusive Suites. Everything exceeded my expectations! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The suites were spotless and cleaned every single day, which made the experience even more comfortable and relaxing. The food was simply amazing – fresh, delicious, and with a great variety that kept every meal exciting. The pool was big, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing under the sun, while the architecture of the place gave it such a unique and elegant atmosphere. They also arranged a drive for us from and to the airport, and were always ready to organize transportation whenever we needed it. On top of that, they could help with suggestions and arrangements for local attractions, which made exploring Santorini so much easier. From start to finish, my stay was perfect. I would highly recommend Serra Exclusive Suites to anyone visiting Santorini and will definitely return in the future!

Almost everything was perfect. The only thing that was disappointing was that our bed was made incorrectly every day (although we had made it correctly every time). The foot end of the duvet, which is usually (and also here) open, was always turned to the side where the pillows are. At breakfast you get bread rolls, but no other toppings other than jam and butter. We would have liked some savory toppings as well. It would also have been nice if the swimming pool had also been preheated.

The spacious accommodation is wonderfully quiet and has a breathtaking view. Ideal for people who value their privacy. You basically only need to leave the house for lunch/dinner. Everything is taken care of down to the last detail; from the toiletries to the breakfast and dinner options. We loved the spacious swimming pool and jacuzzi.

The Jaccuzi is heated, but the swimming pool is not. But in all fairness, for most of our holiday ( during August) the water is nice enough for hte kids to swim; they had lots fun and no complains!

Sunset from the property is AMAZING. The area is also off-track from the hustle and bustle of toursits' Santorini. So, we could also enjoy a quiet relaxing holiday. Special thanks to Stavroula who was always there for us 24/7! I recommed this property for couples or small families looking for relaxation, not just activities and sight seeing in Santorini.

The property was beautiful well designed and the view was magnificent. Each villa had their own large pool and seperate spa. Villas were modern and clean Beds were comfortable and you wake up to the spectacular view every morning. Amazing.

The villas are beautifully designed and almost completely private. The facility has all the amenities, two bedrooms, a small dressing room, a bathroom with a shower (good quality cosmetics, hairdryer, towels, bathrobes), a kitchenette with equipment (fridge, cutlery, tableware), indoor and outdoor dining rooms, a spacious area, a swimming pool (with a slightly cold water) and a large jacuzzi with a beautiful view of the caldera. There is even a make-up mirror in the bedroom. It is located near the city of Akrotiri and if someone likes peace and quiet, this is the place for him. The distance from Oia is about 40 minutes by car, to other cities such as Fira, Emporio, Pyrgos it is about 20 minutes. Breakfast is delivered to the villa every day, which you choose from the menu the day before. For an additional fee, it is also possible to order dinner or wine and have it delivered to the villa. The facility is extremely clean and well-kept, you can ask for cleaning service every day. Very good host service. For people who like photography, the villas and the entire area around it are incredibly photogenic.

Everything was great no negativity

Wanted a relaxing holiday and this is perfect for this . The villa is newly built and offers so much . The views are stunning and the location is great but a car is essential. The pool is a great size and a salt pool great for cooling down . Perfect to see the stunning Santorini sunset . Also Stavroula went above and beyond for us she’s a wonderful helpful person we will miss her .

Everything ! The accomodation is BOMBASTIC nice nice nice. The host, cleaning, breakfast service, food in room(service) all fantastic. The view on the mountain to OIA and FIRA unbelievable nice. Pool and Jacuzzi amazing. Very quiet place as well. We are going back for sure and looking forward. Many Thanks to the host Stavroula, She was always available for us by WhatsApp if we needed anything. Sunsets at this place are amazing as well.

Its very comfortable and clean villa. They have jacuzzi and swimming pool. My kids enjoyed thoroughly. Host is very helpful. They made our stay comfortable. Special thanks to Stavroula for helping us in entire journey. Owner also dropped us in his car to supermarket and also came back to pickup but we had our rental car by then. It’s advisable to have rental car. Villa is exactly as shown in pictures and view is breathtaking.

The only minor drawback was the location. However the property management were helpful in arranging all transport to and from the towns.

The property was idyllic. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail that has gone into the making of this space. It is exceptionally clean (everything is brand new) and the staff make a conscious effort to liaise with you when to service the property. The pool area is a particular highlight. I would definitely stay here again.

We didn't like that fact that we had to leave. This was the most disappointing part. This is a great villa and total experience.

We liked everything. This is a brand new property, only open for a few months and this property is a GEM... The pool was big and amazing views. The villa is massive with great outdoor space, and great privacy. The hot tub was perfect. We loved everything so much. we are already looking at dates for next summer. The staff is very responsive and everyday they do a great job with communication. It's family owned and run and you really feel the attachment and commitment to service.

Our automatic shade stopped worked on the second day there and I did notice a couple of small, unfinished items such as a wire that wasn’t hidden inside the wall, but this is something that seeems to be common with new construction throughout Greece.

This is a beautiful property located outside of Akrotiri that was recently built and overlooks the ocean. We ended up moving to this hotel after our Air BnB turned out to be a dump. The property is very modern and minimalist, but still very comfortable. Our suite had a good size king bed with a second bedroom upstairs with another king bed. The views are absolutely stunning, especially with the included, private infinity pool and jacuzzi. It was amazing every morning to wake up, open our shade and look out on the boats and other islands. Breakfast was included and they offer several options which were all really good and came in large portions. They give you a form to order the night before and then they prepare it on site and deliver it to you at the time they want. Not only do they let you order several items, but also include a basket of bread and pastries plus fresh squeezed orange juice. Stavroula was our point of contact and she was super friendly and helpful. I was able to contact her through WhatsApp and she generally responded quickly unless it was after hours. We were also very surprised and how thorough the maid service was, even hand washing our dirty dishes from breakfast.

Located a bit far away from the beaches and coastline attractions. No sun umbrellas, which is probably the main drawback of the place. Pool is a bit too small. The place is much smaller inside the villa than it looks on the pictures, overall the space is not most optimally used up. One room is ok for two, the attic room is smallish (however it has a window to wake up to sunrise). Salty water from the tap and in the shower. The water almost never gets hot, just warm.

It is nice overall as it is Santorini, sun and holiday spirit. The management/owner were very helpful in arranging flowers delivery upon arrival, much appreciated. Very good breakfasts, but perhaps the abundance of pastry could be balanced with some selection of fruits. Very comfortable sun beds by the pool. Nice jacuzzi. Well-functioning air conditioning.
