Great central location. Reasonably quiet in the evening. Food and drinks excellent every day. You can take lunch to the beach with you. Room small but reasonably comfortable. Lovely looking outside areas, restaurant, bar and swimming pool area very cosy and nice. Great value for money. Staff ia nice. Must say, 2 filipino guys in the restaurant are so hard working and synchronized. Very pleasant as well. Hotel for mainly younger people and couples. No kids really. Overall, a great place for a chill, relaxing, comfy stay.

Room was very old, bathroom needs urgent repair and innovation, was very uncomfortable! Shower damaged and shower room without door, water was leaking from the shower room on the floor.

The staff were excellent and friendly. They were so considerate towards my toddler who feel ill during out trip. The meals were so tasty and healthy. My toddler kept dancing at meal times. They staff made us feel very welcomed

Nothing serious but at some point the restaurant gets crowded with people and some tables are hard to find. In their place I would add more tables.

Let's start with the elephant in the house... the food. It was tremendous. Not only that, but the facillity was beautifully designed. Everything from the starters to the deserts was well crafted and seriously delicious. The room we stayed in was older but really well kept and quiet. It seems like the whole hotel is being rebuilt from the inside so this paragraph will just be a statement from the past when you visit in the future. The staff are really friendly and well mannered. They always lent a hand with tips on where to go, calling a cab etc. The location is perfect, situated on the main street and close to the beaches. As a whole, the experience was quite pleasant for the money we paid.

No shower curtain/screen so it meant water went all over the bathroom floor when showering, a few inconsiderate loud guests obviously just there to abuse the all inclusive who would play their own music at the pool area and act a bit disruptive when others are trying to relax, the cocktails on all inclusive are rather disappointing really just cheap spirit and mixer

Lovely dining area which looks like it had been recently renovated and a good selection of food on offer, free car parking at the back of the hotel, room was spacious, good air conditioning, pool area was a great place to unwind/cool off

Very thin walls, you can hear everything Music at the restaurant terrace area too loud until midnight cannot sleep.

All inclusive cocktails were too sweet so much syrup in the mixers. What made it taste better was adding some soda water.

Amazing food, so much choice always fresh fruit and veggies. We were all very very happy with the food. Pool area is small but clean and cozy. All inclusive is amazing. One of the most friendly staff I have ever came across in the hotel. Particularly a woman named Katerina.

Wouldn't recommend Hersonissos in high season: seems a busy, mass tourism place with a lack of authenticity. In low season however, it's a perfect base to explore the island!

Because of the fact that the hotel wasn't open yet for the season, the management reallocated me to the sister hotel (Hersonissos Central) a few blocks down the road. Everything was perfect: staff, room, breakfast, location.

Dining/breakfast area lacks atmosphere. Food labels should have allergens information - got contradicting answers from waiters. Very basic rooms, no decoration, no shower gel, etc.

You get a very competitively priced package including a comfortable bed, clean room, and buffet meals (with a plan matching your preferences) with varied choices of dishes, friendly service and bars with extensive choices (at cost).

The hotel is great. The price is adequate to the quality. Localization is good because in the centre od town, the food is various, the rooms are clean and tidy and the personnel is great. They are always keen to help and they are very kind. The local bartender - Luigi is the best! Great guy who will put a smile on your face during the holiday. I have been twice in this hotel and I hope that I will come back in the future. I sincerely recommend.

So, it is a 3 Star Hotel in Southern-Europe. Everything fine, but do not except more, as it is. All inclusive, but the quality of food stay in upper middle level. It is not really a criticism, just keep in mind.

Very nice, friendly staff! I mean really excellent! Clean rooms and floors, nice food, day to day something new on menu.
