Wifi was struggling, one bartender was on a ruder side,others were amazing, free drinks until 11pm

A queit place with tasty snacks, pools, a deep pool and comfortable beds at them. The breakfast was until 11am, which is very nice

All the juices were way too sweet, also the deserts were too sweet you cannot eat anything from dessert nor drink any cocktails.

Wow, everything was wonderful! Absolutely everything, the rooms, especially the rooms with the shared pool, the amazing view of all the mountains around us, the food in the room, the food was varied and very tasty, the pools were large and pleasant, the service and the staff were amazing, we loved all the activities and my daughter already wants to go back!

A lovely all-inclusive hotel with plentiful food, a central location, and public transportation right at the entrance. Just a 15-minute ride from Heraklion and a short walk to the beach. The hotel is clean, pleasant, with excellent service and a wonderful staff. No doubt—we’ll be back!

The pillows in the beds were not so comfy but that's depends on personal preference. We were shocked our TV was not smart so we couldn't watch any Netflix,Amazon or any straming service ( we had live TV programme called Beyond which was in english so we could watch atleast something in the evening ) The pools are open from 10:00 to 18:00 which is pretty annoying since it would be great to hangout in the pool until atleast 20.00. But I understand that lifeguards also have to rest. The last thing missing midnight snack bar! It would be hreat to have something selling some chips or anything like that. It's a shame, but there are few options on the street outside hotel premises

The food in all inclusive was amazing! No one rushed you you had many options to choose from! There are three pools accesible to anyone (they also have smaller ones for rooms like private pools) in this hotel very spacious and nice ranging from deeper to shallower water good when you travel with kids. Multiple bars in the hotel + bar at the beach which is like 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Rooms were clean and typical hotel like. Comfortable beds. They serve cheap alcohol but they will serve you tons of it if you ask then. I've seen people in reviews complain about program that it's for old people, I must not agree. I'm born in '99 and I've enjoyed the program which consisted of live music ( greek classic, pop, rock ) & dance shows... The vibe was awesome, during latino dance show the dancers even pulled people from their chairs to the dancefloor and had them dance some of the classics it was great atmosphete & everyone was looking happy. You have SUPERMARKET right across street , small but pretty handy when it comes to different snacks,sodas & other stuff. They also sell bus tickets! (1.80£ per ride) Bus stop infront of hotel!

Sunbeds are dirty. Don’t really see the point in having to pay 10 euros deposit for pool towel. We didn’t have cash so went without.

Amazing hotel and service. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable (and quiet). We loved having the private pool outside. Food was delicious and varied, the staff kept all the options constantly topped up so you never had to wait for anything. There was always space on the sunbeds by the pools, and the drinks were plentiful and refreshing. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The beachside bar and sun-loungers were also great. The hotel is also only a 15 min drvie from the airport so it was really quick and easy to get there. The best part was that we had a late flight on the day of our check out, the staff safely stored our luggage and allowed us to keep using our all-inclusive package all day, and even gave us use of a spare empty hotel room to shower and freshen up before our flight. Highly recommend!

There is not really anything I did to like. It is 15 minutes drive from Heraklion but as we were not that interested in the city it did not bother us. There is also regular buses if you did want to visit.

Gorgeous property with lots of space for all of the guests. Every corner was spotless clean. The property was very pretty, like its own hidden paradise. A short walk to the beach which the property had its own beach bar and beach beds which is a great touch. The property is in a small urban area with shops, restaurants and bars. It is not a large area but there is a decent amount of options. The staff were great! From the second we stepped into the property they were so friendly and helpful. The front of house staff were very helpful with local restaurant advise and booking taxis.

The food at evening dinner time was cold. Often we struggled to get a table in the restaurant as they seemed to be cleaning dirty tables but not replacing napkins and cutlery therefore it looked like a lot of tables were unavailable.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are immaculate. Very comfortable beds, great lighting, and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The shower was excellent. Tea and coffee making facilities also a bonus. The food was good, as were the drinks. The whole hotel, including the gardens and pool areas were very clean. We had a lovely stay.

The lack of evening entertainment, although we stayed the last week of the season so perhaps it was quiet because of this.

Everything was perfect! But the location isn’t really near a town - you need a car (which we had, but something to be mindful of).

This resort is amazing!! We loved the all-inclusive food and drinks. The food was delicious and there was so much variety. Good selection of drinks too. They also had a snack bar open during the day which was included too. The staff were wonderful and the facilities outstanding - great pools. The staff even decorated our room as it was our honeymoon - so lovely and thoughtful.

Not many nearby facilities, shops, cafes, tavernas and those there were were closed for off-season.

Pools were excellent. Rooms were cleaned every day. Restaurant was always fully stocked with loads of options. Beach was really nice and clean. Staff on reception, bars, cleaning and catering were all amazing. Bus stop straight outside to Heraklion & Airport (EUR 2.50 each way)..

Really just small details: A gym would be nice (you can use one in a hotel down the road, but the gym there isn't great either). The dining hall is pretty noisy and lacks some athmosphere. The AI drinks (beer, wine, cocktails) are pretty bad quality.

This property is very well kept - clean, really great and friendly staff, well organized. The pools are really nice and the beach club and bar just a short 5-10 min walk away. The AI food options are great with a lot of variety. Bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you easily into Heraklion.
