We were given a free upgrade with a sea view. A very easy check in. The breakfast was great. The air-conditioning worked well, the room,Hotel grounds and. Beachfront were cleaned very well. We were able to store our bags on the. Last day. And slept well at night in a comfortable bed.

Everything was great! We arrived at 8.30 in the morning and they allowed us to have breakfast. We received the room earlier than the check-in time at no extra cost. We had a person celebrating his birthday and Kostas ensured us music and good mood! The location is very nice and the staff is friendly.

We absolutely loved everything! The location is unbeatable, right on Perissa Beach with sunbeds for guests. Rooms are spotless, bright and comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Delicious breakfast - and having it right by the sea made it even more magical. A lovely pool and a relaxed atmosphere made this the perfect Santorini getaway. Perfect!!!

Would've been great to have had free access to beach sunbeds without having to hit a minimum spend in the bar. Beach/pool towels would be great too.

Lovely hotel with everything you could want. Whilst it's a small hotel, really enjoyed how quiet everything was. Breakfast was good, as was the bar. Friendly and helpful staff.

Only thing not keen on in the bathroom was the shower curtain. Personal preference, just not keen on them as they tend to stick to you when showering.

Our room was very good, beautifully decorated and kept spotlessly clean by the two young ladies who also looked after the buffet breakfast, which was also excellent. Staff in the restaurant were also excellent and very friendly. The whole hotel had a lovely feel to it and would recomment it to anyone looking for a beach holiday. The room had fabulous sea views with two balconies. Sunbeds and towels were free and provided by the hotel. Swimming pool at the rear of the hotel was also a lovely peaceful spot to spend some time and was kept immaculately clean.

We had an absolutely amazing stay – 10 out of 10! Our flight was delayed and we arrived well after midnight, but the staff kindly waited for us and welcomed us warmly despite the late hour. That gesture meant a lot and set the tone for a wonderful holiday. We stayed in a beautiful family suite with a breathtaking sea view and a huge balcony – even though it was just the two of us, it felt like a luxury. The atmosphere of the hotel is relaxed and very family-like, with a welcoming and personal touch. Costa at the reception was fantastic, and the entire team – housekeeping, restaurant, bar – was genuinely kind, helpful, and professional. One of the things we appreciated most was that the hotel was never crowded. There was always space at the pool, and even on the beach we could always relax in the first row, right by the water. It was peaceful, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room had a fully equipped kitchen, which is a great option for anyone who prefers to cook. There’s also a small shop right next to the hotel, which was super convenient. The hotel’s private beach area was a huge plus for us – clean, quiet, and just steps away. We would absolutely love to return here, and we recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming place with excellent service and stunning views!

Wifi in and out alot of times, and while the pool and sun loungers were fab there is no parasols at the pool which may be a problem in the really hot summer months but they do have them on the beach

It was a beautiful hotel, with excellent staff and perfect location - very close to the bus stop and a shop. It had a lovely beach and the pool was very nice; and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Location was perfect. Short walk to lots of lovely restaurants serving local cuisine. A few steps to the beach. The staff were excellent- always on hand and kept the place spotless. The pool and breakfast were highlights. Bus stop to get around the island was a few minutes walk away. This hotel completely exceeded our expectations considering the reasonable price. Hope to be back!

I would only suggest umbrellas by the pool as it can get a bit hot with no available shade!

Just got back from a lovely stay at Sellada Beach Hotel! The whole place was spotless and had such a calm, welcoming vibe. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. The pool was absolutely perfect – clean, great size, and ideal for relaxing. Breakfast had everything we needed each morning, fresh and tasty. The beach bar right out front was a fantastic spot to unwind with a drink, and the view couldn’t be better. We felt really well looked after the entire time. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, friendly getaway right by the sea!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Apartment 6 had an amazing view of the sea, a few steps from the beach. Perfectly located in the main stretch of restaurants and bars. Great pool attached to the hotel. The apartment was clean and spacious and well maintained, they made us feel special. Thank you.

Everything was lovely!

Loved the location of this hotel just a few steps away from the beautiful black sandy beach of Perissa where sunbeds are free for residents and customers. All the staff here were friendly and welcoming and the whole place is kept spotlessly clean by the lovely Johanna and Maria. Panos and Maria served us in the bar everyday and were so polite. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice of hot and cold items.
