Breakfasts could be improved. They are very repetitive and way too sweet. Orange juice is used every day, and not from fresh oranges but from unhealthy syrup. Getting some traditional Greek feta to try would be better. We didn't get any towels to dry the plates. The kitchen was poorly equipped with only a few teabags to use for the whole trip.

The place is beyond great. Our honeymoon trip was nearly perfect. Starting from the amazing and helpful staff, the roomy modern villa with very good air conditioning and a super comfy large bed, the quiet warm and clean pool - it's bigger than it looks in the photos!, and the location with the best view for the sunrise, and most importantly, the quietness and privacy, everything we needed.

Beautiful setting - private and peaceful away from the cruise ship crowds in Oia. We spent time in Oia but didn’t have to hear the noise all night from the masses of people coming off the cruises. The staff was amazing and really can do anything you need! The walking trail that Donne ta Fira to Oia is literally steps away. We used it to walk to dinner one night in Imerovigli. It is top notch and worth it! Would stay here again!

The location was a little away from shops and restaurants, but it was also very quiet and the view of the sea was beautiful, so wasn't the worst trade-off. Best if you rent a vehicle to get around.

The villa was very private, very clean, breakfast was nice, the staff were super friendly, the sunrise view was lovely, and they gave us a free room upgrade with a jacuzzi after hearing it's our honeymoon. Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend for other couples visiting santorini.

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful villa. Everything was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than the photos! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer our questions and gave us great local recommendations. The location was quiet and private, yet close enough to everything we needed. The private pool was definitely a highlight – perfect for relaxing and watching the magical Santorini sunsets. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island!

The only negative? Our holiday had to end.

We enjoyed our stay so much, everything was absolutely perfect. The place is very clean, proper, modern, and feels completely new. Waking up to the sound of birds singing and watching the sunrise was a true pleasure, the mornings here are magical. It’s such a romantic place, ideal for couples or anyone looking to relax. The breakfast was delicious every day, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. On the other side of the property, there’s also a stunning view of the sunset, truly a moment to admire and remember.

I would have utilized the safe in the room immediately upon arrival rather than waiting in order to put my mind at ease.

The breakfast each day was delicious! I especially enjoyed the Greek yogurt and the pastries. Having freshly squeezed orange juice and fruit was a bonus. Also, having eggs was a boost to my daily protein intake. Also, the heated jacuzzi and infinity pool were amazing!

Nothing, we arrived 6 hours before check in and the staff fed us breakfast checked our bags and showed us the trail to Oia. Within about 2 hours our room was ready.

Breakfast was great for my family members, beautiful greek pastries, sandwiches and croissants but for me as gluten free it was a bit disappointing there was no extra fruit, or much variety other than the same gluten free breadsticks everyday. The bed was a bit hard, but some people prefer this.

We loved the pool location and everything about it. We would definitely come back to this location. The staff were extremely helpful and polite.

Beautifully spacious and clean you could almost forget to visit the island as part of your holiday. I stayed with my 2 girls & within 2.4secs on day 1 they were pool obsessed 🤣. The villas are constructed in way that offers superb privacy. The staff that come daily for breakfast/housekeeping are absolutely lovely changing /cleaning whatever you wish with the lady at reception 🛎️ an absolute support in navigating breakfast changes and recommendations along with Dimitris. Don’t even hesitate on your decision to stay here it’s the perfect 🤩 spot of peace outside a very busy Oia but also not to far from beaches🏖️ , town, shopping and of course Oia🤍 be careful you don’t fall asleep in the jacuzzi 😂🤣 it’s easily done being so warm & comfortable 🤗.

Nothing I could fault at all

Absolutely stunning villa… beautifully decorated, clean and perfect location… away from the hustle and bustle of Thira and Oia but both within easy reach.. The decor was just beautiful…. The private pool looks out to the sea & we had an outdoor jacuzzi .. bliss. There is 24hr reception & staff were excellent. Breakfast was served daily at a time that was convenient for us and it was beautifully presented & we had a good selection of foods. There is a supermarket close by & the local town & restaurants are within walking distance. There are a good selection of restaurants locally including traditional & fine dining restaurants. It was absolutely perfect & without a doubt I would stay here again ….

It’s highly recommended to rent car, otherwise location might be tricky. This applies to most of hotels in santorini.

My one criticism would be the lack of amenities within walking distance. Definitely worth grabbing snacks etc from local markets (by car). Not a huge fan of the eggs - they were cold which I couldn't stomach but might be ok for some.

Absolutely stunning villa in a serene and peaceful village. We had a private pool which was so exclusive and so private. Very hijab friendly. We had an excellent view of the sea and got to see the beautiful sunrise. Breakfast was a combination of pastries, fresh juice, eggs, fruit and Greek yoghurt Staff were extremely friendly- Achilles was especially helpful with excellent recommendations for us. The rooms were immaculate and very tastefully decorated.

The breakfast was excellent and was slightly different each day, with eggs, pastries, juice, etc. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and peaceful, which is what we wanted. Having our own pool and hot tub meant we could quite happily spend the day there. Knowing the location and researching the price of taxis, we decided that a hire car gave us the best cost effective flexibility we needed. The driveway up to the villas from the main road is quite steep and could prove daunting for some drivers. The sunrise from the villa was stunning, but a short walk up the hill allows you to watch the equally stunning sunset as well.
