Although we knew there was no AC in living area and kitchen, the hot summer made it uncomfortable in those spaces. Suggest adding AC unit in living area as we like to spend a lot of the morning and afternoon leisure late breakfast in the house going to beach around 4PM. There was a fan in living room that we needed to use day and night returning after dinner to take some of the edge off the July heat that is customary for Anavissos.

Expansive balcony with views in safe location with our car easily accessible to glorious beaches and restaurants, Sounion, Lavrion, Vouliagmeni and Athens. It needs a 4×4 to go there.The pillows were so firm, the house was so bright in the morning I had to put an eye mask.

The view, the place was quiet, it had almost everything in the kitchen, the bed was comfortable. They brought a baby cot and a seat for food for my baby. The owner was really polite on the phone.

It is nearly impossible to put a finger on anything negative, however, as a positive criticism, if the pool is fully constructed, then I will move in with their family ;))

Supernice location and ample space is available inside the flat. It could easily fit a family of 4/5 or two couples. The owner's parents managing the property were heavenly. All that you would require from a peaceful stay was there. The morning view was to die for. As well as the sunset view. Uninterrupted peace, easy drive to the town and back.

Some of the furniture are outdated and needs renewal, but this is the only negative thing we could think of.

We simply liked every bit. Alessandro is a superb host, he really took very good care of us, gave us great tips. Perfect choice to travel around Athens!

Unfortunately we had a few issues with this property. The owners lives right above and the ceiling it's not sound proof , so we were hearing everything coming from the top every time. this includes chats and movements. The bed wasn't comfortable and could use a replacement as it looks a bit old. Most of all, unfortunately the cleaning was absolutely lacking which made our stay worse than expected. We found dust and pet hair everywhere , especially in the bedroom, and being allergic to it didn't help. We found mold around and a dog footprint on the table, leading us to believe that the property hasn't been cleaned before our arrival. Lastly, the unfinished pool ( we were expecting to see it finished after 3 years from the first review that mentioned the work in progress ) was both a bit of a safety hazard and a downgrade of the garden experience.

The view from the property was nice. The host was helpful and friendly. The property was greatly equipped.
