Spotless clean rooms, with all the amenities as stated in excellent working condition and available. The Air Conditioning was smell-free and very efficient. Hot water available throughout the day. Basic cutlery was also available. Quiet place, great view.

It's the third time I'm staying there and I plan to return. I love it that it's so calm and quiet without being in the middle of nowhere (I.e. there's shops & restaurants just around the corner and even Skala is not too far away. You get stunning sunsets and fall asleep at the sound of waves on a comfy mattress. It's great that they listen to guests feedback as they've added Nesprrsso coffee and WiFi signal booster

Great location, 2 minutes walk from the bus stop, 5 minutes walk from the Myloi port and 25 minutes walk from Skala. The rooms are comfortable and clean and have a very pretty view from the balcony. the staff is also excellent. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location very close to the port. Sea and mauntain views from the balcony. Grocery store and restaurants are just few minutes away. A place to rent a scooter or bike/electric bike iš also just few steps away. Appartaments looks even nicer and more qute in person than in photos. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Just a perfect place to be for a calm and relaxed holidays

Seaside studios is a lovely place, the staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable and had all we needed. It is a quiet resort but if that’s what you want I would recommend it.

The location, I couldn't find any corner shop nearby to buy groceries and ended up in Skala for my shopping (20 mins walk), but maybe it was me not finding something that was around the corner! The water pressure of the shower would drop at times, I suspect when other tenants were using the shower in their own room, but not much the host can do about this, neither is that too big a thing either. Honestly, these are very minor details, it was amazing staying and I'll definitely try to rebook next time I visit this lovely island.

Very professional, friendly host, very quick to respond to queries via the app. The room was on the second floor with stunning sea views from the balcony. Spacious, very clean. AMAZING mattress, one of the comfiest I've ever had in a hotel room, honestly I just didn't want to get out of bed. You fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves from the sea across the street.

There could have been coffee and tea & salt and pepper provided in rooms as there are all cooking facilities so people like me who stay only a few days, don’t need to buy them.

Location is great, close to everything but really peaceful and quiet. A small beach (no facilities, but you can walk to your room to get a drink) in front of the hotel. The owners are very kind and will look after you. There is a bus to explore this wonderful, small island or you can rent an electric bike.

77 E/ night was a little more than we expected, but fit was a national holiday and prices were up all over Greece.

Great location, very close to the center of the small village (with the restaurants and grocery shops_ and the port, but quiet and next to the sea. Hearing the waves at night was lovely, sitting on the balcony and gazing at the sea as well. Room was clean, sufficient storage space. Kitchenette is small but practical for a few days (detergent and sponge provided), but you should bring your own coffee/tea, The owners/ managers were very nice, always there to provide us with assistance. And on the last day, they allowed us to stay longer and shower after the swim since there was no new occupant which was fantastic. Wifi was good, hot water always available. We were offered to have the room cleaned and sheets/ towels exchanged every day during our stay. Would stay again!

The studio was really nice and clean, with a balcony directly looking over the sea. Lovely to have breakfast there in the morning! It was quiet and could only hear the sound of the waves at night. The staff was ever present, friendly and happy to help. Just a few minutes away from restaurants and cafes (and the Miloy port), and with a minimarket just 10 mins away. Absolutely recommend!

Nothing - it was all perfect

The rooms are so we'll designed - large bedroom with the comfiest bed in Greece, terrace with seaview, very well equiped kitchen area and a hot, powerful shower in the bathroom. The village setting is traditional and quiet, perfect to explore this enchanting island - oh and the sea is over the road, couldn't be closer! We have so enjoyed staying at Seaside studios and would thoroughly recommend them

I liked everything except the location, but if we had car/bikes, that would't be an issue.

Amazing location with great sea view from the sunny balcony, the sea is right across the small road. Beautiful, clean, stylishly white room with a high-quality, comfortable bed. Perfect and great value for a relaxed vacation on a small, charming island. The owners are very friendly, helpful and made our stay on Agistri an absolute delight.

You cannot have breakfast at the veranda before 11 a.m (depending on the season) due to the direct sunlight.

The location is excellent, just 3 minutes walk rfrom a good restaurant and cafes where you can have breakfast, Rooms are very well located, there is light and air and excellent view to the sea front, congrtulations to the architect The hosts are excelent, very kind and ready to help at anytime. You can even swim infront of the studios if you like rocky beaches,.

Breakfast not included or served and the internet was bit slow. The location seemed closer to the port on the map, but with a bike, it is all reachable.

Nice room, with aircon...beds were comfortable enough and new. Clean and kept tidy, with a small balcony.Water was offered on arrival...and it is located in front of a small beach.
