Exceptional resort with outstanding service! The views from our room and pool side area were absolutely breathtaking! All facilities are clean and easily accessible. The meals are 5 star quality and the service team makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. Parking is available on the private property and the team also assist with luggage to your room with buggy. We are definitely coming back again.

The food quality was very good, and items which were vegan were marked up, which was very helpful. The swimming pools and bars were lovely, with beautiful views. The staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Food was very good quality but a bit repetitive, similar dishes for lunch and dinner. The alacarte restaurant was only included once after a 3night stay.

The location and the rooms were amazing. Everything was very clean and modern. The drink choices were plenty and very tasty nice coctails. Chill vibes and quiet hotel.

As for small downsides, one thing we noticed was the umbrellas: they look beautiful and stylish, but they’re not very practical because they’re made like crochet and don’t provide as much sun protection as they should. On another note, we were offered an upgrade due to a small issue in our room for a couple of nights. We had been told we’d be upgraded to a Summer Suite, but later, by looking at photos on Booking and their app, we realized it was actually a Cape Suite. The upgrade itself was definitely appreciated — and they were very kind to offer it — but we’re not sure why it didn’t match what was initially offered.

Incredible experience, very beautiful hotel, and extremely helpful staff. The buffet food was very good, and the desserts were truly amazing. The crepes at the poolside bar were fantastic, and the cocktails at the central bar were excellent. Breakfast was very good as well, with great drinks. The staff were always available to meet any need, and the all-inclusive service really covered everything. We were also given two dinners at the à la carte restaurants (Umi was good, Oceano was okay). The view is truly wonderful from every area of the hotel (room, restaurants, bars). Events at night very appreciated also.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a swim-up room, which was amazing. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The food selection was rich and varied, and everything tasted delicious. The desserts in particular were outstanding – the local pastry chef truly deserves praise, as every dessert and cake was both beautifully presented and tasted fantastic. The all-inclusive package included the main alcoholic drinks, though some cocktails required an extra charge (for example, Aperol Spritz). The cocktails were good, and we especially enjoyed the crepes and waffles made fresh at the pool bar. The views of the sea from the hotel were simply stunning.

This place was absolutely amazing, even before arriving - the responses to questions via email were quick and so detailed and I could tell the service was going to be spot on! On arrival, we were so impressed with the welcome and rather than a lengthy check in process, they took our passports and sent us straight for lunch as their restaurant was open - lovely touch as when we finished and came back - the check in was done and someone waiting to take us to our room in a little buggy! 🙌🏼 The Cape Suite with the private pool was incredible and the views are out of this world! The Pools were lovely and never felt overcrowded or busy even though the hotel was full. The drinks at the pool bars were brilliant, strong but brilliant. The Calypso cocktail was lovely. We’ve done a few all inclusive hotels over the years and they’ve never impressed on the food front - here was the complete opposite! The food in the main restaurant was absolutely superb, we only tried one Al La carte option, oceano and that was lovely too. The property is lovely, great bars, great restaurants, lovely pools and the entertainment in the evenings was brilliant too! The private path from the hotel down to the little beach was one of our highlights - the beach was lovely and the Pints in frozen glasses served at ‘Sea View Cafe Bar’ were incredible! We got a Pedlo for a couple of hours and visited a couple of the other coves - I’d highly recommend this too! Finally - the staff were excellent and really helped make our trip extra special, everyone very friendly and doing everything to make the stay amazing! We’ll definitely be back!

The only hotel I have ever been to that deserves 10!!! Exceptional views, exceptional food, service, rooms with spectacular sea view. Service is so good, especially kiki from guest relations department and sofia from ketriko bar were amazing girls, so friendly and kind, loved them !!!!!

We arrived a group of 11, the resort staff welcomed us with Champagne and cool drinks as we arrived. They immediately assisted us with easy check-in and carried our luggage to our rooms. We felt very welcomed by the resort staff. The food was great with variety of options every day. The restaurant staff recognized our group and made a table for 11 for every meal. The bars in the pools area were great and offered service for alcoholic beverages as well as coffee and light drinks. Overall experience was excellent and highly recommended.

We arrived at the hotel around 9am and the reception staff were really welcoming. Since our room wasn't ready yet, they suggested we have breakfast and use the pool in the meantime. What we appreciated was that the staff encouraged us to enjoy all the hotel facilities both before we checked in and after we checked out - it made us feel welcome from start to finish. All the staff throughout our stay were genuinely friendly and helpful - from reception to the restaurants, bars, and room service. The hotel facilities are really good. Both pools have bars, plenty of sunbeds, and beautiful views. There's a lovely beach about 10 minutes away on foot, and the buffet was quite good as well. One tip - if you book an à la carte dinner, we definitely recommend the Greek restaurant. It was really special and the food was delicious!

Breakfast lunch and dinner amazing. So much to eat. Lots of different choices.location brilliant. Was easy to get on bus to Town Centre. Great entertainment every night.Room was very spacious and clean. Staff very polite. It was lovely to wake up every morning to a beautiful view of the sea and beach. It’s just what you would want when you’re on holiday. Zarzet on reception for excursion. Was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The spa experience was mediocre. We came in for early massage. The saunas were not yet hot, the masseuse I reserved was not available and I had to have a different type of massage than I ordered. And it was no more than OK.

The atmosphere, the service and facilities were great. The architecture at this specific location was exceptional.

We were in a sunset swim up room, which was lovely and clean but the area around the pool and sun beds needs more attention, the main pool needs more chlorine as they’re green bits floating about! The pillows were quite lumpy, maybe a selection of pillows would be a good idea option of soft medium hard for the future and also the beds were very soft (yes I know moaning about soft beds) but the reason for this is if your weight is over 70kg you should have a medium mattress with a slated base. Most people I’ve the age of 20 are past 70kg and the average age of the clients were in their 30s plus, just a thought for the future.

The food was outstanding everyday something different to eat and we were there 10 days, yes there was the old faithfuls pizza chips etc, but there was also stands with typical Cretan foods and drink, something for everyone gluten free was limited but vegan there was loads of variety.

The hotel gave us an upgrade of the booked room, and we got a room with an outstanding view of the sea. Hotel has a beautiful location with many pools, restaurants and a way to the nearest beach. The food was perfect as in the veranda as in restaurants. This is exactly when Instagram = reality.

The hotel overall is very nice, but a few things to consider: it is quite big so obviously you don’t get that peace and quiet as you do in boutique hotels. The pools can get a bit busy and warm in the afternoon as there are only two public pools, both of which are very nice. Not a dislike, but note that the beach is public and you need to be a bit early to grab a spot. Not a dislike but a suggestion - would be great to have some space for games (table games like scrabble, puzzles) or perhaps a book exchange shelf, as everyone who reads on vacation ends up leaving the books behind anyways.

The staff were incredible, very personalized service and attention to detail with small gifts for our honeymoon. I also needed to have my medication stored in a fridge (the one in the room wasn’t col enough), and David and the team did everything to accommodate my request, thanks a lot again! The view is stunning obviously! Gym was also a highlight -view is great and equipment is new and functional. We really enjoyed the facilities even after checking out, which is very convenient because you have a full scale shower service if your flight is later in the evening. The food was good, too. Lots of variety and amazing deserts. I liked as well that the hotel is environmentally friendly - for example, the AC turns off automatically once the balcony door is open. Lastly, we found it very cute that they had a small bowl filled with water for the local cats ( there were only three we’ve seen and all very well behaved). Thanks to the team for a wonderful holiday!

The hospitality was outstanding – the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, and the hotel restaurants were of a very high standard. Our room was extremely comfortable, and the view was simply breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend the hotel to friends – and come back ourselves!

It's faultless in my eyes, they have thought of everything.

WOW! STAY HERE!!! This place is incredible. The views, the food, the staff, the yoga, the beds - our stay will be unforgettable. One of the hotel managers Lakamshe made stay super special. We were celebrating my mother's 70th birthday with a girls trip and Lakamshe was able to upgrade us to a sea view, with a private pool! The room had the most delicious Turkish Delight (I don't normally like Turkish Delight, but this was delicious!!) Sofia the Yoga teacher is wonderful and the studio is DIVINE - It's huge with a high, curved bamboo roof and hessian curtains blowing in the wind. I have been doing yoga for many years all over the world, I think this class was very special. It is suitable for all levels - Sofia is a very gifted teacher. I just felt so serene after. For all inclusive I thought the food and service was impressive. Sometimes buffet food can. be bland, not this. It was all good quality, well made dishes and the waiting staff are well trained and seemed happy. Honestly, couldn't fault it. Will come again, for longer next time.
