Reviews of Seascape Villa

Amazing spacefull villa, well maintained garden, if you have a car and you are not a party person - you want privacy, access to the sea, this is Your choice. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, we were traveling with my partner and both of our moms and we barely saw them in the house, unless we all wanted to meet at the table to share a meal. We will definitely come back. That was very enjoyable.

surrounding areas are a bit neglected, tourist trashing litters etc.

Very nice house at an amazing location, sea view and very quit road. Very clean and a lot of room in and outside.

Owner and his wife was so kind and nice people. we get everything we needed. They gave us gift for Easter. Stergos and Maria are truly the best owners we met on our all trips. It was not far from main road. But dont worry. We was there 5 weeks in April and May and is sillent. Only in some days at the morning when trafic is hevier, we hear something. But was not disturbing and last only while. In windy days you can hear waves, whichbl is very nice.

Nothing to say. Some small things that was not in control of Stergos. One guy on beach watch on us. But it can be solved very easy.

The villa is in great location, close to the beach. There is a a lot of place for kids to play as inside as outside. We enjoyed our stay there. Even though some of the utilities would be great to renovate.

The home is beautiful, spacious, and so many amenities were provided - water, fruit, food items, oils and spices, wine, outdoor cooking items, towels, bicycle, television, etc. We loved the dishwasher and laundry facilities. The air conditioners worked great. The location is private and quiet. The beach was beautiful and practically private, so few used it yet it was between two crowded and popular beaches, but we had it almost to ourselves. Good location near shopping, sites, restaurants, etc.

This is a minor point. Although the photos showed a refrigerator that had an ice maker and filtered water, those did not work. The host did provide a bag of ice and plenty of bottled water. We would also have appreciated instruction manuals for the oven and washing machine - the European picture symbols and dial selections may not be intuitive to non-Europeans.

As we stayed as a large family, the house was perfect in terms of both size and amenities. The host was also very helpful, very polite.

Modern villa with lot of space - 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, big living room with kitchen, equipped with everything you may need. We liked breakfast on terrace overlooking huge garden with a sea view and enjoyed evening jacuzzi after a long day. Villa is at calm, private place, few minutes from the nearest Traganou beach, few minutes by car from big supermarket Panagiotas and lot of greek tavernas, we can recommend Katholiki, Mimakos, Gyro burger. Wifi was fast and always working, we can mention big fridge with ice machine, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee machine, 2 shower, 1 bath, 2 sofas, TV, house door opening with key code, remote controlled gate, parking place inside, beach equipment, complimentary fruits, wine and water and many other things. We can highly recommend this nice place.

We loved everything and enjoyed the stay so much. If we had to mention something to improve, it was a gardener cutting grass the last day for 3 hours in the morning which could be done another time and we could enjoy the terrace and jacuzzi before we leave.
