Parking is very small, not enough space for all the guest's cars. However, you can park outside, along the street.

Great place to stay, new & modern room, internal terrace is a great asset, we ate all our meals there :) Very close to the beach, beautiful sea view from the higher floors. Kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook meals. Few grocery shops nearby, few restaurants and souvenir shops as well.

It was a bit noisy, you could hear the neighbours walking up the stairs at night.

I would have liked a microwave, but it’s definitely not a deal breaker, as we had an electrical stove. The bathroom was a bit small and crowded, but again, manageable. Very hot in the apartment, being the top floor, but the AC made it ok. Also, make sure if you drive to the location that you search in Waze or Google Maps the “Sea Breeze Apartments”, the address on Booking took us somewhere else first.

Great location, 2 min walk to the small Kalamaki sandy beach, that was not too crowded. We had the apartment on top and we had a great view with a very nice terrace. The apartment is spacious, in a pretty good shape and has with pretty well equipped kitchenette. On the small beach there are 2 restaurants with good food and drinks and they also offer sun beds. There’s also an option to just bring your own umbrella and accessories if you want to. We spent 3 beautiful days here, I fully recommend it and I would return.

First I would like to really appreciate the location of the stay which is really close to very nice clean sandy beach. There are many good restaurants around so you won't be hungry. The apartment was fully functional with its own kitchenette, nice bedroom with comfy bed and hanger for your clothes. There is AC unit in the apartment with additional Hi-Tech ceiling fan in the bedroom. The bathroom was nice as well with spacey shower. With your apartment you will get as well a patio which was great for breakfasts. The apartment was very clean with everyday service. The host and staff were very friendly and helped with arranging airport transfer which helped us a lot. All in all an amazing stay!

The apartments are beachfront. You do have to access the beach through the street, which is a minute or 2 walk. The rooms were big and clean. There is alot of restaurants close by. The rooms have multiple balconies and plenty of storage space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can rent a set of beach loungers for 10€, for the day. They water is clear, clean, and beautiful. Would love to stay again.

Spacious apartment with two balconies - east and west. Wonderfully located with a wonderful view of the bay, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Cleaned daily, frequent change of towels, bed linen. The host is very friendly and helpful. I recommend.

Perfect location, in a quiet area right on the beach with easy access to restaurants and mini markets. Great for long term stay or just passing through. We stayed 9 nights and enjoyed them all.

Noisy door handles.

Wonderful, kind and helpfull host lady. She gave me many useful information about the stay and fully organised the taxi transfer from the airport and to the airport at a very good price. Everyone who takes care od the building was friendly and smiling. Location is really great! Very, very close to the sea. While eating breakfast on the balcony I was able to talk with my son, who was playing on the beach and noone needs to shout. Sea view is nice too. Another advantage of Sea Breeze is the fact, that the building is not located directly by the route, but around 30 metres from it, so it's close enough to bus stops, and far enough to avoid the noise. A lot of restaurants around, I recommend to check Pita Grill nerby, it's so good place to try delicious local food at a very attractive price. External electric blinds are good option for the ones, who loves to sleep to the late morning. Air conditioner worked well. I would rate the price-quality ratio as favorable. Thank you for the stay. I Hope to visit Crete and Kalamaki again!
