During the day, the planes coming in to land could be heard quite loudly.

We liked the layout and cleanliness of the apartment and it was only 5 minutes away from the sea, on foot. The owner was very nice and accommodating. The bus stops for going to Rhodes or the airport are within 5 minutes of walking and there are also shops and a supermarket close by.

The accommodation has everything you need. If you are missing something, you can ask for advice or buy it in a nearby shop. The apartments are really functionally furnished. Keys are handed over via a box, you can come at any time. Check-in will be confirmed personally by a four-legged attendant (you will need cat food). Parking in front of the apartment, you can put your bags from the car directly on the terrace. Functional air conditioning, functional wifi. Kremasti is a small town, a strategic place for trips around the island. There is a beautiful church and plenty of restaurants where you can find a good place to stay. The beach and shop are within a 10-minute walk (I recommend water shoes). The location from the airport is also convenient, which can be reached on foot. When relaxing on the terrace, planes land overhead, but we like it. The biggest benefit is the balcony, which makes the heat bearable on hot days. You can sit on the terrace and you don't need air conditioning. The hosts are very nice and willing to help you with anything, communication is fast. If possible, we will come back.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this studio! First of all, a huge thank you to Lef – communication was incredibly easy and smooth from start to finish. The location of the studio is absolutely perfect, and everything was made so simple – from parking to check-in and check-out. I also had the pleasure of meeting Lef’s mother, who is an amazing, kind, and loving person. The world truly needs more people like her! The studio has everything you need: parking space, air conditioner, TV, washing machine, stove. The location is close to the airport, so it's easy to get there, but you can hear the planes landing. You must have cat food for local cats.

We thought it was great and didn't find anything we didn't like!

The studio is fantastic, its definitely cosy as it says in the name you really feel at home so quickly. The bed is comfortable the layout of the studio is quite convenient and didn't feel like anything was missing. There is also free parking right outside (but be careful not to park in front of the apartments on the left of the carpark). It's perfect for couples! The host is very friendly and helpful, he answered all the questions I had and provided plenty of information. I never felt like I couldn't message when I had a question. We left feeling like we had a new friend from Rhodes! We will definitely be returning to the studio whenever we stay in Rhodes from now on! It is in the perfect location with Kremasti beach (fantastic place to watch the sunset!) less than 5 minutes down the road and plenty of great restaurants less than 5 minutes the other way. There is a nice supermarket, which had everything you could think of, in walking distance too so really everything you need is nearby. You can drive to Rhodes town/city in less than 20 mins too. If you like to feel like a local and avoid the touristy areas then this is perfect. It is in the flight path of the airport but we actually enjoyed this and would not consider it a negative, you don't notice the planes after a day and even then its cool to see planes flying low! And the fact that its so close to the airport was great we didn't have to worry about getting back on time (you can even walk it in 45 mins if worst came to worst!) I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Rhodes to stay at the Sea & Sun cozy studio!

Simply everything was perfect, the apartment was cool, everything we needed was available there including washing machine, netflix and stuff, the landlord was extremely kind and helpful, the communication with him was very easy and pleasant! I enjoyed each night spent in Kremasti.

Nothing to complain about really.

Very clean, cozy and comfortable place to stay very close by the sea. Nothing to complain about - kitchen was present to cook ourselves, I especially welcomed very comfortable pillows and since we were working from the studio, I have to say that wifi is perfect. Even though the studio heads to a road, the traffic was very little and we werent disturbed, also not even by the airplanes landing. So we can only recommend!

Bed is quite small, but depends on how large you are. The bathroom is the only real downside of the property, as it's quite outdated, not well aired, crowed, small. Very noise area as the airport is very close - this is not only for this property, but for the village.

The main room is very spacious and i liked the clean smell that welcomed us. For the village is quite a good location as it's close to both centre and beach.

It had a smell of humidity, which many bottom floors do. Possibly a dehumidifier would have been good for guests to be able to use.

It is really a good location if you have a car, easy parking and quiet area. Perfect start to discover the island. The host is attentive and helpful. His mother, living next door, was so sweet and helpful with all. The bed is comfortable and the apartment has everything you need, so well equipped!
