We began our honeymoon in Kastelli and we couldn't have made a better choice. The place itself was so beautiful, we were close to everything bars and restaurants but the staff were absolutely amazing. So kind and helpful. Rafaella was the secret gem. She was absolutely amazing at her job and went out of her way to help. Kastelli was by far the highlight of our whole trip.

An Unforgettable Stay in Santorini! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Every single team member went out of their way to make us feel welcome, offering genuine smiles and helpful tips for exploring the island. The food was nothing short of exceptional — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Each meal felt like a celebration of local ingredients, and the variety kept every dining experience exciting. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Just steps away from breathtaking views and within easy reach of all the must-see spots in Santorini, it truly felt like we were in the heart of paradise. We left feeling relaxed, well-fed, and incredibly grateful for such a memorable experience. I can’t recommend this hotel enough — we’ll definitely be back!

Can’t think of one thing I don’t like about this place

Has 5 swimming pools Bar at pool had a great selection The facilities were clean, beautiful, spacious and luxurious and we had a junior suit - which was large and had a big balcony. Staff were friendly They have a Tennis court too and cost 15€ per hour but you get the tennis balls, rackets and water with it

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. The hotel has an excellent location, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, everything is spotless, and the amenities are fantastic. The luxury suites are very spacious and airy, the hot tub was both beautiful and practical, and the private areas are stylish and make you feel truly special.

Everything ok

I would start by saying that the hotel is wonderful (and here I mean the atmosphere, quietness, cleanliness, pools, food, etc.). The staff is very attentive to all your requests and wishes. The manager even took our luggage, later we found out that he is the manager and is very attentive to all the details. All the staff is kind and the most we interacted with Rafaela who was very attentive and professional. It is a place that has remained in our hearts, we have already been 2 times and we hope to return as many times as we can. thank you for these wonderful moments.

The hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly and always willing to please. We had 2 rooms linked to a private pool - was amazing, definitely worth spending a little more. The other pools also good, loads of loungers - no rush to book early.

Beautiful resort in a great location that a few minutes walk from the beach. The landscaping and hotel surroundings were truly stunning, lots of pools to choose from and breakfast was delicious with so many options. Staff were friendly and everything was clean with comfortable. I would absolutely recommend!

It's hard to find anything to dislike, but if pressed perhaps the breakfast bar would benefit from a non-diary selection (oat and almond milk) to save asking at the bar.

Every member of staff worked hard to make sure our stay was just perfect. It was very clear that they had all received a lot of high quality training which was demonstrated in innumerable ways throughout our break. Never intrusive and always friendly and approachable. We were a little unprepared prior to arriving and relied on the local knowledge of the general manager, Antonis, for some excursions and he gave excellent advice leading to one of our best sailing trips ever. The hotel has excellent facilities for spending the day lazing by the various pools. There are loads of high quality sunbeds and we never needed to reserve space. There was a modest fitness centre with support for cardio (treadmill, rower, bike) and weights (dumbells, weight machine) with space for yoga and stretching. The hotel food and drink was in line with prices at the beach and consistently high quality.

Breakfast was great - lots of choice. Staff were really friendly and very helpful - went our of their way to make our stay a very enjoyable one. Great location - close to beach and lots of really good restaurants.

For the price to stay our only downside was we wish the stunning pool was open earlier in the morning and later at night as it was so hot it was a shame we couldn’t cool off after being out all day

Everything exceeded our expectations, the swim up suite was absolutely magic and the staff were just incredible. So modern, clean and beautiful , we didn’t want to leave and happily will come back.

Cocktails , Mojito was extremely poor even though the kind barman made me another after I complained about my first , couldn’t taste the rum , tiny bit of mint that had seen better days and small about of ice cubes when it should be served with full glass of crushed ice plus served in a round whisky type glass when a tall glass would be better , barman said he follows a recipe but maybe a little more reading / learning on making cocktails for the future , sounds bit harsh but really it was the only thing I could thing I could think of not giving 10/10

Kastelli Resort exceeded my expectations , beautiful hotel , wonderful staff , exceptionally clean , wonderful breakfasts , close to lovely Town only 5-10 minutes walk , 10 minutes taxi from airport but incoming / outgoing flights no disturbance , rating 10/10 so much so have already rebooked to stay next year 2026

There were one or two livelier groups, which normally wouldn’t bother us. However, at night they were shouting loudly, slamming doors, crying and yelling — it was quite disturbing. Of course, this is not the hotel’s fault, but it was still unpleasant to be woken up by them in the early hours

We were traveling with a small child, and everyone was very kind and helpful. The young man at reception who showed us around, and the guys at breakfast and the bar — everyone was really friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lots of pools and always plenty of available sunbeds.

Staff are amazing, friendly, efficient and extremely courteous. Facilities are excellent - great main pool (we didn’t use the others) which was spotlessly clean and a relaxed atmosphere. Rooms again very clean and spacious, and breakfast choice caters for all. 2 mins walk to the beachfront.

There could have been a bit more variation during our 4 day stay in the breakfast, but it was still good and there was plenty of options

Service was absolutely the best!! Our transportation from the airport didn’t come, but we got a complimentary transportation on our last day so we were happy with the solution. Very beautiful environment and clean everywhere. The reception staff helped us with booking a catamaran trip, which was amazing. I can recommend to anyone staying in Santorini.

Everything was incredible

Everything! From arriving to a friendly welcome and arrival drink, to being shown to our stunning room and Everything else inbetween. The food was higher than 5 stars, the service was always on point, our luxury swim up suite was always cared for and we slept like logs. We didn't want to leave!
