The location isn’t ideal for walking to Imerovigli (and onto Fira etc) at the bottom of a big hill, however, you should know that before you book and therefore, not the hotels fault. It didn’t bother us too much, we walked it often in daytime and nighttime but it is a bit treacherous and not suitable for those with young children or the elderly maybe.

The rooms were huge and the pool area was never busy. The staff were extremely helpful.

Nothing- was all fantastic.

Absolutely stunning stay. We were upgraded on arrival which was a lovely surprise, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They called restaurants for us, booked taxis and arranged our hire car. About a 15 minute walk into Imerovigli, and just beware you have to walk along a busy road with no path. All drinks from the bar were fantastic and would recommend this stay to anyone!

I recently stayed at this suite in Santorini for six days, and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience. The place itself is beautiful, clean, and has everything you could possibly need during your stay – nothing was missing at all. The service was absolutely excellent, and all the staff were doing their jobs with genuine kindness and hospitality. The location is perfect, and the entire stay was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini – you will definitely enjoy every moment there. I also want to give a special thanks to Sophia, the manager. She is extremely professional, very helpful, and treats every guest like family. Her kindness and care made my stay even more special, and I truly appreciate all her efforts to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you for making my trip unforgettable.

Would recommend getting a car - roads are not so walkable into town.

We booked to stay at this hotel while we were in Santorini for our wedding. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make our stay here special. We received a lovely welcome drink and they very generously upgraded us to the honeymoon suite with a private pool. Our room had also been decorated with balloons and rose petals, a truly lovely and heartfelt touch. The room itself was extremely spacious, nicely decorated and has been done to a very high standard. The same can be said for the rest of the hotel. The pool and bar area is nice and modern with a luxurious feel. We struggled to drag ourselves away from relaxing on the beds in the pool to go out and explore Santorini! There is also a spectacular view of the sunrise if you’re an early riser! I’ve never experienced anything like the breakfast provided by this hotel. They offer a variety of options that are delivered to your room every morning at your selected time. The main menu also has a good selection and everything we tried was delicious. The staff at this hotel are what make it such a wonderful and memorable experience. The hotel manager Sofia, the reception staff, bar staff, maintenance workers, kitchen and cleaning staff are all genuine and warm people. They are so accommodating and cannot do enough for you. The location is about a 25 minute walk to Fira and 10/15 minutes walk to Imerovigli. The hotel can recommend a really good and reasonably priced taxi service also. We were very sad to leave and cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The attentiveness of the entire staff makes the place worthy of a 10. Furthermore, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and common facilities continue to exceed expectations. I wouldn't recommend any other accommodation than SantAnna Luxury Suites. A true pleasure!

It’s a good 20 minute walk to Fira with spectacular views and well worth doing but otherwise Imerovigli doesn’t have much going on- except for an incredible restaurant 5 mins walk away called Above

Sophia the Manager and Chris our bar person had excellent customer service and went out of their way to help make it special- including decorating a room and delivering cake for my birthday. The accomodation is modern, clean and fantastic( we did have the honeymoon suite with its own private pool)
