I had a wonderful time at this family-run hotel and felt truly comfortable throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning service came every day, which I really appreciated. The air conditioning worked perfectly, an absolute must in such a warm place and the pool was always clean and there was always room. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, showing true Greek hospitality that made me feel right at home. Overall, everything about this hotel was excellent: clean, well-maintained and with a warm atmosphere. I was very satisfied and would definitely come back.

From the very first moments at the hotel, we felt truly welcomed and genuinely cared for. Check-in was smooth, and we were greeted by a staff full of warmth, professionalism, and kindness. It was clear that guest comfort was their top priority. Thanks to this approach, our entire stay was not only comfortable but also exceptionally pleasant and stress-free. The breakfasts at the hotel were absolutely delicious. The buffet was rich and varied – there was something for everyone.

Santa Helena Hotel is an excellent hotel. The owner Vangelis and his wife are on site to attend to any need. The hotel is extremely well kept and very clean. Beautiful landscaping and pool, plenty of parking and always a friendly welcoming greeting to make you feel at home. Breakfast was homemade and delicious every morning. The air conditioned rooms are spacious and clean. We loved everything about this hotel and will definitely be back on our next trip to Rodos.

Everything was exceptional- the owner treated us in the most wonderful and considerate way, making us feel welcomed. All the workers are extremely nice, efficient and helpful- always with a smile and willingness to help. The rooms are wonderful, comfortable beds, a lot of space, big balconies, beautiful interior. The hotel itself is small and pleasant, with a clean swimming pool and lovely garden and well kept seating area. The bar was delicious, with fairly priced drinks and food. The breakfast was small but tasty, always fresh and satisfying. The workers are extremely attentive, and even when we needed to extend our stay, they helped us for a fair price. I overall highly recommend.

Second time in this lovely hotel. Staff is always really friendly and helpfull. Great quality-price ratio with clean and spacy rooms. Nice pool area with snack bar offering tasty food and cold drinks. Close to filerimos hill which is a nice attraction full of peacocks and a beautiful viewpoint.

Vangelis’ warm greeting and helpful demeanor was a very nice start to our stay. Excellent facility, everyone was very helpful and kind. The room had been cleaned every day which was great. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this hotel and area will leave you satisfied. Sincerely recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect! I traveled with my mom and aunt, and we enjoyed every moment in this hotel! If you're seeking a peaceful retreat away from bustling tourist spots, this hotel is a perfect choice. It's conveniently located near everything if you have a car. The view of the mountains from the pool is stunning.The owner is incredibly kind, and his wife cooks exceptionally well. Breakfast was amazing. We will be back for sure!

The pool closes at 7 pm, so we were disappointed that we couldn’t use it in the evening.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. They don’t do dinner, but we knew that beforehand, and there is a very good restaurant just down the road for evening dinner.

Good size rooms, lovely pool, excellent food for breakfast, and plenty of space for car parking at the front (we hired a car for the whole holiday and drove there from the airport).

No particular issues, maybe a renovation of the room would make the experience even better.

- Convenient location (if you have a car). - The room was fine for us (family of 4) and clean. Towels and sheets were regularly cleaned. - Nice breakfast with many choices such as eggs, sweets, fruits, bread etc. There is also the option to have a meal until 7pm; we tried burger and club sandwich, both excellent! - The staff was really helpful, polite, professional and successfully responded to any request - The swimming pool was relaxing, large enough and clean Overall we had a very pleasant stay and we definitely recommend this hotel.
