It’s not that I didn’t like this, but it’s a little uphill for anyone with mobility/lung issues. Fine for me as not unfit, just a word of caution.

Beautiful apartments located away from the hustle and bustle (yet just a two minute walk!) from the village. Rooms recently upgraded and finished to a very high standard. Air conditioning perfect, shower warm, and bed very comfortable. Views over the sea to die for. The host was warm, friendly, and always on hand if you needed him.

We were not satisfied with our first hotel, but Sandika Apartments truly saved our holiday! The location is great, the swimming pool is perfect, and the two brothers who run the place are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home – we even received water and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The rooms are spotless, well-kept, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Everything was explained clearly, and nothing was too much trouble. Honestly, we can’t recommend Sandika Apartments enough – it’s a real hidden gem!

We stayed for a week in July with our two children. We chose this place for its location, the pool, and the many glowing reviews — and we were not disappointed! The apartment was very well equipped, and our hosts were incredibly kind and always available. The location is perfect, just steps away from a lively street with excellent restaurants. We would gladly return.

Absolutely amazing accommodation. Extremely clean with everything you would need. The owner was great he was there if you needed anything and very helpful and polite. The pool area was clean and relaxing. We had no faults with Sandika at all. We stayed 9 nights and wish it was longer. Look forward to returning soon . Nothing not to like

The apartment was exceptional really modern and clean. Little touches such as welcome bottles of wine ,water and beer in the fridge. Nice little pool ,never any problem getting a sunbed. Lovely seaviews and friendly hosts. Ideal location for exploring the villages.

These apartments are a hidden gem and are ideally located behind Sundance and Esperides and just 2 minutes walk from the lovely village of Koutouloufari. They are immaculate and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. With cable TV, Netflix, dining area, full dining set and cutlery, washing machine, fridge freezer and welcome gifts such as a bottle of wine, water and pastries, you immediately feel at home. The friendly owners are around every day to ensure that everything is running smoothly. The rooms also have a great balcony with a sea view.

Well-equipped apartment with everything you need. The host was very helpful and polite. Great location. Close to taverns and shops, yet quiet and peaceful. The view of the sea made us happy every morning and evening. We recommend it wholeheartedly ❤️

We had an absolutely amazing time at Sandika Apartments. The apartment was spacious and spotless, with great décor and everything you may need for a holiday. The host was attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel very welcome. I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back. Our apartment overlooked the sea on one side and the mountain on the other. The pool was clean, maintained, and came in handy when we wanted to go for an afternoon swim. It had surpassed our expectations.

High end finish , spotlessly clean , every thing you need is on the apartment , comfortable bed and pillows , excellent air con , had the pool to myself most of the time , maybe some mugs for a cup of tea , I’m sure if I mentioned it Stelio’s would have got them , Stelio’s is a fantastic host , nothing is too much trouble for him , lots of goodies in the apartment, tea , coffee sugar , water , wine and some lovely Cretan pastries, you will not be disappointed if you stay here . It’s a 5 * from me

Great apartment complex just off busy village and restaurants. Great view from our top apartment. Air con spot on, comfy mattresses, plenty of towels and toiletries. Kitchen fully equipped with few nice touches from the owners, bottle of wine, honey, coffee, also spices for cooking. Great pool with loungers, plenty of parking spaces. Quiet oasis, definitely not a party spot and that’s why we loved it!

These apartments are amazing . They are newly renovated and to a high quality. The hosts were so nice to us and always on hand to help with any questions we had. It is located 3 mins walk to beautiful restaurants in a lovely village. I would highly recommend these apartments and will definitely be returning .

Loud club music from Espirides Club pool terrace next door but no fault of Sandika’s helpful host who tried his best to have the noise reduced.
