It’s a bit of a walk into town but we didn’t mind at all. It’s flat and about 15 mins. The shower is on the small side.

The Villas are located in a lovely tranquil property just outside Kardamyli with a view through the olive trees, to the pool and to the sea (and the sunsets) beyond. Ours was attractively decorated and comfortable, and the host has clearly spent considerable time and effort finding beautiful and historic fixtures and decorative items. There is a large covered patio overlooking the pool, which is beautiful and is a wonderful place to relax. Our host was very helpful and proactive, providing many tips and suggestions for activities, restaurants, and beaches to visit. The onsite housekeeper was an asset.

The bathroom was quite small in the unit we stayed in, so there was no room to lay out all our toiletries, however, we used the buffet in the main room to lay out the items we used daily. We would have loved to sleep with the windows open, however, there are no screens on the windows and doors, which would have been an easy invitation for mosquitoes and bugs!

We really did not know what to expect - at first view of the photos, I thought that this place may have been a little old or dated, however, it really was extremely charming and intentionally decorated to reflect the history of the area. Upon arrival, we were met by one of the loveliest humans we have had the pleasure of meeting! Aristea greeted us so warmly and took time to give us a full tour. She was so helpful and available for whatever we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the grounds and pool absolutely beautiful. There is a rocky beach just out front, or a more organized beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas a few meters away. There is no breakfast included, however, Aristea brought fresh fruit and juice on the first day and there is a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine and coffee pods were brought in as needed. There are also a couple of restaurants within a few minutes walking distance and many more in the town (approx. 20 to 30 minute walk). We booked 3 units among friends and had the best time ever lounging by the pool, some went hiking and midnight swimming ... just an absolutely beautiful place, we would definitely stay here again!

We have travelled in Greece a lot and this was our favourite place we’ve ever stayed! Absolutely stunning property and apartments perfect for our group of 5 adults and 1 baby (we booked the 2-bedroom and studio apartments). The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and even better than the photos. The property itself is beautiful with a huge pool and olive trees, a nice 20 minute stroll to the centre of Kardamyli. The kitchen had everything we needed and included juice and fruit from a local village on arrival. Aristea was so helpful and gave us fabulous recommendations for the area. We can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful host, thanks to her advice we discovered the hidden gems of the region. The appartment is very tastefully equipped, the beautiful terrace with views over the grounds through the olive trees to the sea leaves nothing to be desired. Special bonus: the small entry into the sea just opposite the property.
