The studio was very comfortable with good beds, kitchenette and a balcony. It’s also well equipped. The location is really good, 5 min walk to the beach and near restaurants and supermarkets. And also only 20 min to Chania city per Bus. The host was super friendly, always checking on us if we needed anything. The room service is also excellent. I recommend this place.

Situated in a nice and quiet area with a grocery shop very close by. The balcony in the room was a plus. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very basic and outdated facilities, for example we had an electric hob with 2 hobs and when we tried to use both together, electricity went off. Also, the room could have been cleaned better upon arrival from previous guests.

A great, peaceful location that's still close to the beach and shops. The studio is spacious and clean, with fresh linen and towels provided regularly.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was great — close to everything, but still peaceful. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely come back!

The view wasn't the best — it looked out onto a building under construction with just a small glimpse of the sea. However, the area was quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable. Sometimes, late in the evening, there's no hot water in the shower. Our room with its terrace was located at the very entrance to the hotel, so it was noisy and with no privacy. The shower cabin, toilet space, and overall bathroom size are all below minimum standards - very hard to use. Mind the driveway ramp at the yard entrance — low cars might scrape due to the height difference.

First of all the hostess was the sweetest person ever and secondly the location was perfect. Not inside Chania but close by, just as we wanted it. And close to a beach. Last but not least, it was very clean, something that’s really important to me.

The parking was a bit limited but not a big issue. Also there weren’t to many plugs inside the room, only 2 that I’ve noticed, also not a big issue, just something to be aware of I guess.

The bedding was very uncomfortable – there was no duvet, only two single sheets to cover with (on a double bed) and a bed cover that was not covered, and only two very thin pillows and two hard cushions that were not covered. Some small and inexpensive things could greatly improve guests' experience, like making sure there's hot water, providing proper bedding, and getting another router to improve the WiFi.

There was often no hot water, the owner said there was no one to turn on the geyser in the morning. The wifi signal was very weak and didn't work on the balcony at all. The bed sheets were very uncomfortable, there was no duvet, only 2 single sheets and a bed cover that wasn't covered, there were only two very thin pillows and two cushions that were not covered. The fridge was noisy which can really disturb light sleepers. Some very small and simple improvements could greatly improve guests' experience, like having a hook to hang the kitchen towel, having a kitchen cloth to wipe the counters, making sure there's hot water to shower with, getting another router to improve the internet, and providing proper bed sheets.

Location of the hotel is a little bit away from the beach, so if there would be some garden at the hotel (maybe even with a pool, but I haven't missed it that much) to relax for an hour or two after the visit of Chania in the afternoon, this hotel would be just perfect. There seems to be some unused area next to the hotel, so maybe in the future...? ;-) The room is nice, the double bed very comfortable, the kitchenette well equipped, internet has been working fine (what is not so common on Crete). The balcony (oriented more to the west) had a view to the see as well. We were lucky there were some clouds both evenings, so it was nice to sit there (it may be a bit more unpleasant in summer). An added value is also a small market and in particular a gyros taverna just around the corner. We went there for a quick dinner after the travel when arrived, and the very tasty gyros plate for two (for just 14 EUR, if I remember well) turned into a serious meal at the end. Definitely something to repeat... A private parking (for 2 cars only, but has not been an issue at the beginning of May) is definitely a plus. Next time we'll need an accomodation around Chania, we will probably choose this hotel again. It may not be perfect for a relaxing 2-week holidays, but for a few days to explore beautiful Chania and the west of Crete, it is highly recommended.

Actually there was nothing. As said, some garden with comfortable chairs (or even some hammocks...) in the shadow or something like that would make Saint Trope just perfect for us...

The studio is great, clean, has a small balcony, also a small kitchen, close to the main road and beach (but you can get to a better beach - Kalamaki - if you go right). We liked the fact that we had parking and, everything was without issues in general (hot water, AC, quiet, comfy beds). Manny's Tavern is a great place to eat, close to the property. The order takes a bit more, but the food is great.

Nice and clean studios, conveniently located close to the main attractions in western Crete. A few parking spots are available at the property, but there is space for parking on the nearby street.

Good location- close to bus stops,shops,petrol station and the sea. It was very clean and tidy . Quiet area.
