Nothing to improve - I hope it stays like that!

A great place. Quiet and peacful, with access to good restaurants and basic shopping within walking distance. The pool area is very nice and the private beach with a practical landing was appreciated. Spacious apartment with good facilities and nice new furniture. Dimos, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. And always available. He also gave us a recommendation for a couple of fantastic restaurants.

We had to ask for cleaning the room when we needed it. Would be better to have a rule, like "every second day", for example.

Lovely location right on beautiful little beach. Nice pool. Friendly helpful owner and staff. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Plenty of sun loungers and garden seating areas to look at views. Aircon in every room. Easy walk to the town, minimart and bus stop at end of lane.

The apartment was right next to the pool, the terrace was large and well equipped. The pool was constantly cleaned. Every 2 days they cleaned and changed all the bed linen and towels. The beds were comfortable, there was air conditioning in every room.

The rooms were very spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged. We stayed on the ground floor, which was an advantage for us since we had our little daughter with us. The hotel is right by the sea and practically has its own private beach—this alone gave a wonderful feeling of exclusivity. There was also a pool at the hotel, which we didn’t use, but it’s definitely a nice option for those who prefer it. Every staff member was very helpful. Keto and George were always smiling and friendly, and Dimos was incredibly helpful with his recommendations. Thank you so much—we would definitely love to come back again!

Host met us at the property at 3am, he was really friendly and great. Didn't make us feel bad that our flight was delayed. Host was super friendly and gave us reccomend actions pon things to do. Lovely apartment clean, tidy and modern. Stayed in a sea view apartment which was amazing, right near the pool and ocean. Fantastic views. Will be staying again. A car is needed when staying here as a distance from restaurants and shops.

Not really an issue with the property, but we did hear loud music most nights from bars in Dassia

Everything was perfect! George and Katy were there to welcome us and show us to the room. We got upgraded to pool room! The room was impeccable, very clean and spacious, bed is comfortable, kitchen has all the needed supply. And the view from the room is just stunning. Pool was very clean as well, the access to the private beach was such a plus! Perfect for morning snorkeling in crystal clear water to start the day, we loved it! The hotel location is great, just a few minutes away from Dassia main road, lots of restaurants and supermarkets to choose from. Also very good location to go exploring the island. The hotel really exceeded our expectations, we will definitely come back here next time we're in Corfu!

The local small village is quite run down with lots of closed down and derelict shops and restaurants. In some parts there are no pathways so we had to walk on the roadway in the dark to get to the bus stop to Ipsos.

Lovely resort and spotlessly clean. Apartment a little bit dated but lovely and spacious. Tiny beach with lovely swimming. Very helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble.

The room was hot on arrival. The corridors to the rooms were really hot!!! Terrace on the balcony gets wet from the air con fans and very loud, and rooms don't really cool quickly enough so we had to sleep with air con on as it was hot despite of them "working". Also, on the second evening, despite the sign that the pool is closing at 9pm and it was filled with few kids, enjoying a hot evening, a man put chemicals at 8:15pm without saying anything! It's totally wrong!

The resort is very nice and relaxed. The apartment we booked was very big with an amazing terrace, although it was meant to be shared, I think. The view from the terrace was stunning as well! The fridge was big and had a freezer section. Complimentary water was provided. The poolside was clean and had free inflatables to use. Also, the pool is filled with sea water, we were told, but I am not sure how it's beneficial as they put chemicals anyway.

Our stay at Saint Nicholas Beach Resort was fantastic. Dimos is kind and professional, and his venue is perfect for a relaxing, quiet, and well located vacation. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the peace of the place and stunning views. The apartments are cleaned every two days with new bedsheets and towels. There's also the possibility to wash your clothes - we mixed up our timings and Dimos and his staff kindly removed our clothes from the washing machine, dried them and left them in our room all folded. Going well and truly above and beyond expectations. The location is great: 25 mins drive to the airport, close to many restaurants, supermarkets and beaches. It is also well connected to the main roads to visit the island, 5 mins drive to party town Ipsos and just 15 mins drive to Corfu town. The resort provides private parking, an amazing pool with many sunbeds, and guest only private access to the blue and clean water of Corfu. Our stay here really exceeded all expectations. Thank you, Dimos, for everything and for your flexibility with our requests (including late check out). If we are ever back in Corfu, we'll be back here!

Although comfortable the inside of the apartment was a bit more basic than the rest of the complex. It was also approximately 5-10 minute walk to get to the main road of the town.

The apartment is in a beautiful location overlooking the sea. We paid for a superior room which was worth the extra for the sea view. We had 3 separate balconies with lovely outdoor furniture. It was a very peaceful and quiet location with beautifully maintained gardens.. again with a magnificent view of the sea. There was a good pool and plenty of sun loungers. The bottom of the garden led onto a small private beach which we spent most of our time sea swimming in the shallow water which was bliss! We had this mostly to ourselves. It was great value for money and spotlessly clean. Cleaning was completed several times during the week. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were even allowed a later check out time to accommodate our flight which was fantastic. There used to be also a small public beach beside the apartment. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

It is a bit of a walk to the restaurants of Dassia.

The apartment was a very good size, with lounge, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom plus a good sized patio. Nice high ceilings and best of all a very comfortable bed. The pool is a nice size and the staff were excellent, the small beach and access to the sea is an added bonus.

The hotel had no bar or shop on site and was quite a walk from bars restaurants and supermarkets. The bins from the toilet weren't emptied every day. It said we had a washing machine in room we didn't It was located in a sort of garage for everyone to use

Friendly staff the hotel had a lovely pool overlooking the beach. It was very quiet and relaxing. The hotel grounds were very clean plenty of sunbeds

This place exceeded our expectations. The location in very convenient, close to one of the best beaches in Corfu and with several facilities around (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy...). The hosts were exceptional. The apartment was very clean. We would like to come back!

It is a quiet place with pebble private beach and very nice pool. The rooms are spacious, with air conditioning and a small kitchen equipped with everything you need.

we arrived late in the evening , however with a quick phone call staff were on hand to pass on the keys and show us through our apartment they were fantastic. Very accomodating, a credit to Dimos and his staff.

We liked everything, beach just over the fence, with a lot of natural shade, very private beach, we felt all alone. During our stay we had heat wave, with temps rising over 38°C during day and 25°C over night, so the pool was the right thing to cool off. And the appartment was quite big, with 2 A/C, which cool down whole app within minutes. Staff was excelent, they were really friendly, especialy with our baby, and she was thrilled with them. Great comunication and a lot of help when needed.
