Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel seems to be undergoing a renovation so was basically only a case of us using the hotel rooms but that suited us fine.
Location and hotel rooms were fantastic. Very helpful reception staff.

maybe more vegetables for breakfast but anyway it was delicious
good location, tidyness, nice clean style and practical breakfast was just enough for like a halfday, staff was so helpful and flexible if we needed something especially for the kids. Anyway I would recommend the hotel for families, business trips and couples too. And I have to mention -we got fresh water every day in the fridge.

The breakfast is great, but after 7 days those 3 options just won't do it anymore, so there better some variety here in the future. There really should be some notice that if you are traveling with small children don't take the city view room as the kids just won't sleep. And the fact is that the closest beaches have very little sand and you have to pay for sunbeds everywhere.
The rooms are great, modern and feel new. The staff was very friendly, the manager and the owners are also very accommodating, when we needed to switch rooms, due to the noise from the street, we were given a room with the sea view. The restaurant downstairs is really good, fantastic food.

breakfast includes 3 fixed options, but without fruits or vegetables, which is repeated every day. The good part is that you can order a la carte, for a fee, a much more diverse breakfast.
everything was wonderful, the staff and the management very kind, they were of great help to us in a more delicate situation. we warmly recommend this place!

It can be a bit noisy at certain times during the day because of the location which is in the center of the most visited places. The noise was at an acceptable level for me but it might affect other people especially if their room is on the first floor.
Excellent location, Very welcoming and polite staff, Excellent Room Service, All the facilities were very clean, Restaurant and Bar was value for money as we tried various dishes and all of them were very good.

Outstanding in every way, rooms were impeccably clean, the cleaning lady was very attentive and super friendly. The staff and management is very dedicated in making your stay as relaxing and perfect as possible. Very welcoming from the minute we arrived until the minute we left. We stayed with our 18 old daughter and we definitely come back next year.

AMAZING! The hotel is located in the very center, close to all the main places along the seaside, has its own bar-restaurant. The whole building and rooms have a very modern design comparing to other places in Crete, very clean and welcoming. Breakfast is very rich and satisfying and the staff of the hotel and restaurant is so nice, always helping and very warm. I felt I am getting the maximum for a very good price, looking forward to stay there again.
