The showers were not fixed and we had a bit work to shower, but all the rest was good

We arrived late morning for a one night stay and the owner Smeralda greted us with a big smile and kindness, offered us water. We were also able to check in because our room was just cleaned. The family room was big, with a fridge and water cooker. AC and wifi worked perfect. The hotel was 1min walk from a beach and many restaurants. Garden of the hotel was gorgeous with banana plants. Later we even could borrow some kitchen utensils from the owners who live in the same building. Just a wonderful stay, thank you Smeralda & family! We will be back soon!

Only downside would be the bed and facility are a little old but that’s probably common anywhere you choose.

The staff were very kind and helpful - they went above and beyond and give excellent recommendations about the island. The location is perfect, extremely close to the beach, ferry terminal, a bakery, supermarket, restaurants and bike hire etc. Is amazing value for money would definitely recommend

For the money I have paid, can’t really complain much but the AC of my room wasn’t working and the owner was considerate enough to return me approx 25% of amount.

The property is very close to Paros Port. Rooms are clean and decent ; From value for Money perspective it is very good

Good location, close to the beach and just 15 min walk from the port. Nice breakfast place just two minutes from the hotel. Inexpensive accomondation.

Great location, staff were so very kind and flexible with our check in and check out. Room was comfortable with everything we needed - not fancy but great value for money! Area was quiet but very convenient for bars, restaurants, supermarket and just a short walk from the port and bus station. Our second stay and won’t be the last - thank you so much 😃

Cursory check in. Very noisy fridge in the night. Stained shower curtain and broken flush mechanism on toilet. Grubby looking bath mat.

The family room we got could use a new AC. One of the shower heads didn’t have a holder so we had to keep holding the shower head whilst having a shower.

Esmeralda was very lovely and accommodating. The rooms were nice and tidy.The area was close to the pier.

Our room was right next to the reception so we could hear them quite late at night and early in the morning. As our window looked out onto it, we also didn’t really get a terrace as it was at the reception door. All the other rooms would have been absolutely fine (ask for the room not next to reception).

Lovely staff who gave us lots of advice, great location right by a beach and a 10/15 min walk to port and bus station.

The shower head was not attached to the wall which was inconvenient. The toilet also did not flush properly even though we did not throw toilet paper down it.

The location was good and it was clean. The bed was very comfortable and great storage space for suitcases.
