We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomI would have preferred the breakfast terrace to be just for the hotel customers instead it was shared with people just sitting at the cafe. But no big deal really. Also I'm always nervous about doors that only have a card to open/close but no internal lock/latch. It feels like everyone from the hotel could come in at any time. But these are small details
The rooms are spotlessly clean and despite the location - right on the harbour - very well soundproofed and very quiet. They've been recently modernised, the bathrooms are nice, yes it's a three star hotel so no top luxury but really comfy. The breakfast was nice, and the lady serving it deserves a special mention for her friendliness - she even taught me Greek! The price is above the three star average but I discovered Spetses is in fact a very expensive island.

New ZealandA longer holiday and a better WiFi upstairs in the room. It kept dropping. Unfortunately our overseas roaming wasn’t working so we were very reliant on the WiFi. However, this is not a big thing because once you went down to reception or the terrace the reception was fantastic.
Great location, modern comfortable room with a million dollar view, staff were fantastic, service wonderful. Can’t fault it.
